Store is well organized and had everything i needed

I met the woman at the Paint Center. I completely forgot to mention her. I'd gotten some paint samples and she & I had a pleasant conversation. Mr. Kevin, Mr. "J" (Cashier) & the person in the Garden Center were AMAZING... Provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!!

The two employees we came in contact with was super focus on helping the customer (us) and made our trip to your store amazing. We were in a hurry to get on the road and it worked out perfect. At check out he was kind and caring and we felted he cared.

Mr.Larry an associate at the store helped my husband and I to purchase a water heater we desperately needed. He was very knowledgeable professional and very patient .Great customer service, even to the cashier everyone was wonderful. Through home Depot we chose Bynum and Sons Plumbing for our installation.A great experience no hassle, good job done.Mr.Walfre the plumber was truly one of the best I have done business with.You will not be disappointed with this man or company. I was so happy to have the help from Thom Kimo Heather Millie and the other gentleman at the register. I was also so happy for there to be stock in this store. Thank you for a good experience. Kindness matters.

I was interested in purchasing a riding lawnmower. No one even attempted to help me and answer questions. I had to go inside to the customer service counter and flag someone down. Then they sent me back outside to grab the tag off the mower, after scrambling for 15 minutes. Then I had the coldest and most unhelpful service throughout the checkout experience. I was buying a $1500 Troy Bilt. They scrambled around like no one had ever bought a lawn mower before. Through out the entire check out process the cashier and someone assisting her were talking quietly between themselves the entire time. I felt like I was buying something illegal. They gave me the total. I was paying in cash. I counted and then handed the money to the cashier. It was $1,700 including a $100+ delivery fee. It was $75 for the delivery and another $30 to guarantee it to be at my home between 10am and 12pm. She took my money and counted it out of my sight below the register. Then, said I gave her $1600 and not $1700. I gave her the other $100 and she rang it up. I then said, you know, since you and I came up with a different number I would feel much better if you counted it in front of me. I was told, too bad we already put it in the cash drawer. Thankfully, I knew how much I came in with. But then, as I am writing this, my lawn mower is already a half hour late from the time I paid for it to be delivered. I have to sign for it and get it into my shed and so now, I will lose work. About $300 worth. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I went in to buy artificial grass/turf and went directly to flooring. There were a few employees there and no one seemed to care to assist. I stood in front of the carpeting area for more than ten minutes with employees walking by and no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance. I then went over to where the desk are by flooring and one employee sat there and never ask if I needed assistance after I stood there by the desk for at least 5-10 minutes. The associates at flooring were neither friendly nor helpful. The cashier on the other hand was both friendly and helpful.

On my last visit, everything was in stock. A employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for on this visit. He had great customer service skills. The lines were long but the Customer Service Dept. was able to check me out quicker. Great experience.

Store #1749 is my HD store, its convenient ,always well stocked, the associates are always visible and helpful if I have a question

The coronvirus is raging through Georgia. Yet this HD store in Austell has REMOVED mask requirements and REMOVED the limiting of customers in your store. This puts everyone at risk. My husband and I both have a pre-existing condition and this store literally puts our lives at risk. About 1/4-2/3 of the store customers were not wearing masks. A man without a mask was talking loudly very close to us. We asked why masks were not being enforced and were told the manager was not requiring them. Why? So your customers can die? We won't be shopping at this store ever again. They care nothing about customer safety. The store was so crowded there were bottlenecks of people in the aisles and I had to repeatedly move to get away from mask-less people talking loudly right next to me. This store was fine about a month ago, but now that the coronavirus cases have gone up in Georgia, this store has decided to throw out state-mandated safety requirements. They are literally breaking state laws to operate like this.

Had a rough start at first but they way the associates showed customer service was amazing! I am extremely pleased how Aysia came through and made my day so much easier and less stressful. Thank you Asia you the bomb! Great Job!

Cashier Paul was very helpful and he was quick. Paul appeared to enjoy working at Home Depot. Excellent employee!

The store was clean. If you need help with finding products, store #1749 is the place to go. The sales persons are friendly and very helpful.

The Austell Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot to shop! The store manager Jermaine, as well as his staff are extremely professional and personable, and always willing to help!

My visits to my neighborhood Home Depot Store continues be excellent. The employees are very hospitable and helpful. They are responsive when questions are asked. They show positive energy as they go about their work so much so their behavior and attitudes are infectious. Going to Home Depot is a nice "outing".

Everyone in the store was very eager to help me. Even though the store was closing in 5 minutes I was not rushed by not one employee and I had to buy several items. The associates were very helpful but my cashier Vermiah was such a good sport considering the lady in front of me had 19 plants and put 10 of them back at 5 after 8 that I drove out of my way just to buy oops paint 4 $1.06. She actually remember me from the night before and said that she was happy to see me back again.

This has been my neighborhood store for many years and I can honestly say it continues to get better year after year. I’m thankful and fortunate to live in this community. I’ve used this store for our rehab business for many years.

Best store out of all the Atlanta west side stores. Blows the mothership Cumberland Store out of the water in terms of friendliness of staff, helpfulness and knowledge of staff, ease of navigating the store. Parking and ingress/egress is easy as the parking lot is not shared with other businesses.
