The store is a decent size like any regular home depot i like the customer service that they have. liby assisted me very well

the team at this store need a lot of training particularly the front cashier team who argue over a legalement coupons.

Just moved to the area and visited this store for blinds and numerous other items needed for new home! Found everything I needed. Store selves were well stocked and associates were happy to assist with my questions! Very pleased with this experience.

I needed 2 hallway sconce lights for my hallway, because one shorted out my circuit breaker to to a bare wire. I went to my local Home Depot, located in eagle, ID, because I knew they had what I was looking for. Upon my arrival, my wife and I were greeted by a salesperson and asked us what we were looing for. Having been there many timesbefore, I told himI knew where I was going. My wife and I saw three different lights that we liked, so I asked for help from the salesperson in the lighting department. He gave us the pros and cons of each, and suggested the LED 60 W frosted sconce lights. I would go back to the Eagle Home Depot anytime I need to purchase a homeimprovement item. Sales people are very knowledgable and friendly.

Had this item for awhile and it quit working, so I bought another

This store is very well stocked and clean. I was able to find lots of Christmas lights, as well as lots of choices for a new toilet. They had no empty shelves that I saw. In addition, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Arrived at the store about an hour before closing. Received excellent customer service from Kelivn. The cashier Hope was also extremely pleasant. Good to know that even at the end of the day you can still receive great service.

Manager facilitated my purchase of an outdoor extension cord as I complained about cutting one the one I have at home. He explained how I could repair my current cord and sold me a new cord for a great price.

Donna in the garden shop is the best. She is always so friendly and helpful that i check out in the garden area just for her personality and helpfulness.

I needed to go buy a new washing machine and I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. But a kind employee named Susan was able to find me something that would work well and was within my budget. I enjoyed talking to her and found that she had a lot of patience and never seemed like she was rushing to leave. With her, it felt like my shopping trip went 10x smoother.

Even though I live in Smyrna I prefer shopping at the Austell Home Depot. Employees are very friendly and happy to help. There is always someone that can assist you! And today I was at self checkout but Joydine was more than glad to assist me in checking out and was a very pleasant person. Austell Home Depot is my store of choice even if I drive a little further.

The manager Kevin assisted me personally. He was courteous and attentive to my needs. I told him the project and he made sure I had all the supplies and tools needed.

I appreciate this store and the workers very much for their knowledge and helpfulness. Special thanks to Juliana for always being kind every time I come in to shop.
