I always drive out of my way to go to this store I dislike the other ones around Seattle. Plus I used to water the poinsettias in a high school program roughly 20 years ago through Edmonds Middle School in Shorewood high School

Robert and Flora (morning cashiers at registers 1 and 2) are always genuinely happy to see us and are always quick and efficient

Mary greeted me as I entered the store and I Ask her where I could find the items that I was looking for and she directed me right to them if it wasn’t for her I would’ve been heading in the wrong direction so to Mary Thank you very much

Store personnel are very helpful and will take the time to guide you to the items you need. They are often knowledgeable in the craft you need help with.

Staff is especially positive, cordial, friendly, and helpful. Mike, in particular, directed me to what was actually better suited to my needs than what I walked into the store intending to buy.

Super helpful, the staff tracked down an item for me that wasn't even on display yet with no problems.

Kimberly in lighting was great. We came in to consider a project for one room then maybe move on to other rooms, but Kimberly showed us some cool stuff and we bought enough for our upstairs! Because Kimberly walked up and asked if we wanted help, we bought more than we planned. We are excited to get on this project.

The associates in this Home Depot are more friendly, knowlegable and helpful than others I have been to.

Had a very courteous team member help me (Carl). He is knowledgeable regarding pipe fittings and went out of his way to make sure that the components I brought in fit with the replacements I was purchasing (he busted out the pipe wrench and got a little bit of epoxy on himself helping me). He treated me kindly and didn't care that my project was quite messy. Thanks Carl.

This store has employees with an excellent customer service ethic. I and my friend went in on a Saturday night, with a list items and were in and out. They not only told us where the products were, but walked us to the aisle and led us to the products. We can't thank them for helping us get in and out; they were super knowledgeable, energetic and went out of their way to help.

Aurora Home Depot is my go to hardware store. I have been going there since 1999. I have had nothing but complete satisfaction at Aurora Home Depot.

The cashier that we went to - Ma Baindu - was very friendly and chipper so I wanted to take a moment to commend her. If the store is crowded or messy, or if we can't find what we need even though it says online that it should be there, or if we have to wait a while to be checked out, as long as the cashier is friendly and competent when we're ready to go it's a positive ending to the whole shopping experience that can overcome anything negative that might have happened previously. This visit we were only in the store maybe 5 minutes total (it took a couple of minutes to find what we wanted, and then to move a couple of random full carts out of the way from what we needed), but when we went to have it rung up Ma Baindu saw us coming and approached us with the scanner in her hand ready to go. She was very sweet and even though we're all wearing masks I could tell that she had a beaming smile on the whole time. Nice job, Ma - hopefully we'll be able to get you to ring up our order next visit!

I have never been there, so I do not know. --- Regarding Sweepstakes 5000 dollars: I do not know about Sweepstakes, but apply for the homeless project people. For an individual award, 5000 is too a big amount, maybe 50, 100, 500 or 1000 might be enough. --- Home depot in Shoreline is very good, and staffs are very kind and helpful. Thanks to helpful employees, I found the exact products I was looking for. The guy in Paint Dept. also helped me decide which steel brush to use to clean cement. Another employee helped me figure out which detector I needed, specifically for propane gas. Employees have ALWAYS been willing to help and share their knowledge for my projects. That's why I appreciate Home Dept.

Went in looking for countertops. Most of the samples were out of stock (may be due to Covid). No one seemed eager to help. I finally asked for help from a gentlemen sitting at the counter. He processed my order after I selected and prepaid in advance for an 8' by 5' quartz island slab. He quoted 5 weeks until delivery. Then an installer from Precision Countertops (hired by Home Depot) called to come check my measurements. He measured a few inches smaller than I paid for and said it should be two weeks, and they could do one piece. Then a week later, Precision Countertops calls informing me delivery will be four more weeks. Not happy, as I wanted it before the holidays. Then Home Depot calls and says there will be an additional cost due to the size (which they new when I ordered). I would not recommend going to Home Depot.

very long lines where I checked out (I DON'T do self-checkouts), when I was surprised to see an overcharge and went to customer service desk instead of keeping the already long line at checkout from getting longer, with evidence (price pictured) she said she couldn't believe me just because I told her..." Really? I showed a picture. It should not be my fault that items are priced wrong (using the PLU code,7 of 8- 2x2s were at one price, one was another. Neither was the price on the shelf...).
