Jeffrey helped me get the item I wanted quickly and was very personable to meet my needs. The item I wanted was not in stock but he was able to find an alternative that worked out better for me!

I was looking for a very obscure screw for about 15 minutes. I asked Rian to help me and went to the same aisle I looked B4 So many bins and drawers for this specialty inset screw. Rian was able to find it, took me to the aisle for the correct driver/ hex wrench for the screw. I used the wrong one and I stripped the screw. Rian went the extra mile. He tapped my broken setscrew 4me. I purchased the parts, new hexdriver, and I fixed my freezer handle Rian saved the day I saved $80 Thanks Rian Paul

There is this guy, named Jeffery, he has been the shining light amongst the managers there! Constantly out to help the employees and customers throughout the store!

I bought vinyl flooring a month ago, and had 1 full package left over. I went to the store at 9am to return the 1 package. I was #3 in line. It took 46 minutes to get to the counter. There were 8 people in line, but a 2nd returns line was never opened. There were employees standing everywhere, but Management was "out of the store" and no one could open a 2nd returns line. It was not a matter of staffing, it seems to be simple disrespect for customer time.

I am lucky enough to live close to this Home Depot so when I need something I can run right over. HD has a large selection and I almost always find what I need.

THE ORIGINAL REP WAS AMAZING AT HELPING ME ORDER WHAT I NEEDED IN THE STORE, VERY PATIENT, TOOK HIS TIME, EVEN WHEN THERE WERE OTHER PP BEING IMPATIENT. I WAS THERE FIRST AND REALLY NEEDED TO ORDER TO MAKE SURE THE GOODS WERE HERE IN TIME FOR A PROJECT I HAD WAITED FOR THE CONTRACTOR FOR 18 MONTHS!! ERIN, TIFFANY, MICHAEL AND ONE OTHER CSR WERE AMAZING AT HELPING KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON W MY ORDER. THEN ERIN STEPPED UP TO SOLVE THE MYSTERY OF WHY IT WASN'T THERE AND MADE SURE I HAD IT IN TIME FOR THE CONTRACTOR. IT WAS AT THE STORE BUT NOT PROCESSED, I THINK. I ORDERED TOO MUCH, JUST IN CASE WE NEEDED IT. ERIN MADE SURE THE RETURN WENT SMOOTHLY AS IT WAS COMPLICATED DUE TO BEING AN ORDER SHIPPED FROM THE DC.

HD a great experience with Jacob Canada in the lumber department. He dropped everything to cut down a long cedar board. Very professional and accurate.

Adam in hardware is the best to help with any home improvement questions you might have as well as a ton of knowledge about the tools you need for all your project needs. He’s awesome!

Tiffany at the customer service counter was incredibly friendly and quick with my return. Made having to make the extra trip to return product for a different size much better as I was a little grumpy walking in to the store because of my poor measuring skills.

I love this particular Home Depot at 1335 N 105th Street! It is always staffed with friendly knowledgeable employees, is clean and well stocked. Definitely a well run store.

Great service from the people who work there.....but not happy to se no enforcement on the mask.... there was customers.in the store without masks...and....is that ok???

You have many competent staff on floor. Arnold knew where cold faucet covers-walked me and got one down for me. Alexia looked it up there on the spot, told me distinctly where it was, even the "bay". Great. Never had that happened before!!! Last week talked with Mgr. Nice guy. Good answer to question. I bet staff loves him!! Nice to see mutli-race staff.

Our 28-year-old Kenmore 25 cu. ft. fridge with ice maker and water/ice cube dispenser still runs great but the ice maker no longer works. I looked into getting it repaired but was told that we would be better off to replace the fridge than to pay for repairs. Our trip to the Aurora Village Home Depot was very successful. Our sales associate, Pia, helped us find a fridge that would fit our limited space in the kitchen. She was fantastic and in one week our new Frigidaire will be delivered. Excellent service and arrangements.

I am very fortunate to always get a friendly staff to help me locate what I seek. No matter how crowded the store I always get a friendly smile, and, “ I’ll be with you in a moment”, if they have a customer ahead of me. I get an acknowledgment I have been recognized.

Cashier was having a rough day dealing with the computer service. I was literally yelled at by her because she got frustrated with me following the prompts on the point of sale. system. She told me to “stop literally stop pressing buttons, your making me have to do more work”
