James and Laura in the paint department were very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my husband and I had everything we came to Home Depot to purchase. James was instrumental in making sure our paint colors were perfect, and Laura helped whenever James was matching and mixing. We are so grateful to their expertise and willingness to spend the time required to help us with multiple purchases.

I needed a wall mount faucet to finish a job tomorrow. One store was out of stock but when I called the Aurora village store Michael was extremely helpful. He found the faucet I needed and kept it at the desk for my arrival. It's nice when employees go above and beyond.

Katherine in Customer Service is great. I told my wife (in Katherine's presence) that I wanted to get a tape measure to see if a BBQ Grill would fit in our car. Before I could finish the thought, Katherine had a tape measure out for me to use.

The staff went out of their way to help me find what I needed. They took the time to answer my questions and provided additional information,

Bought the washer to go with the dryer I purchased from HD last month. Great price on LG wash machine. I was worried the salesman would think I was a cheap skate but he treated me like I was spending thousands.

Employee Pia took the time to walk me over to the isle that i needed to access. She then proceeded to find the bolt, and washer i needed in that sea of nuts and bolts. Wonderful customer service.

I have shopped at this store for years. I have always found the product I was looking for, for a reasonable price. Excellent customer.

The Home Depot #4707 has the best customer service of all the stores you have. The Bitter Lake, WA, Home Depot members seem to hate their jobs. A member could not find my product that was delivered to the store. She then said there was another place she would have to look. After half an hour, my contractor found it in the pick stall. Another member was so kind to help us loo. We were not able to remove it till the former member came back. She never did, even after 2 calls to her. The second member then gave us our receipt. I have had other poor member service in the past. I just will not go back to this store.

Went in to buy some simple items for the home. We were met and assisted by a Home Depot team member who really went out of her way to assist us. It was a great experience!

I looked at several different upright freezers online from different stores before settling on a couple of options. then I went to the stores to look at the choices in person. Home Depot had the best price on the top rated model among my choices, A Frigidaire upright 20 cu ft freezer, model FFUE2022AW. One advantage it had over other high rated options was more on-the-door shelves. The sales person was very friendly and helpful.

Kristan the cashier, I have known for a while, is very very fast and efficient. I have been meaning to write for a while about this but when on duty a shoplifter was trying to wheel out a big cart of goods. it was very busy but of all the cashiers he was the only one to catch the guy els the store would have lostr alot of money. The guy ran away and he told the other cashiers what had happened but nobody noticed, except him. I happened to be right there watching when this all occurred. He is sharp. The store is lucky to have him. This type of theft is common, and I have seen it happen another time, they load up and try to leave. He really deserves credit for this and I do not think he got any.

I was having a horrible day and everything was going wrong and I had to return some things and I was expecting the usual attitude when I walked into Home Depot. But then I walked in and saw Santosh was working and felt better knowing I wouldn't get any attitude. The way he helped me by the time I was finished leaving I had a smile on my face he is a true asset to this company and if I were you I would keep him at all costs. The Aurora Home Depot #4707 is close by and always clean and well stocked. They always have what I need and the sales staff is always very helpful

I needed a new kitchen for my ADU and was having trouble getting started. Chris Roberson at this store was the BEST. His design along with my own ideas created the kitchen I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend him!

I've found what I need when I go and the store is always cleaner than the others in the area.

Bought a DeWalt reciprocating saw from John in the power tools department at my Shoreline, Washington store. He was great. Knowledgeable, helpful, informative, didn't talk down to me, but definitely knew his stuff.

I found an affordable and excellent flashlight there. Recommend it.
