Bought a demo tool, didn’t have a battery or charger-supposed to be included. How am I supposed to use a tool without a battery or a charger?

I am often met with a friendly face waiting to assist me in finding what I need.

Home Depot's employees are #1 on my list, especially when you need assistance or have any problems that needs their advice. Not only is Home Depot our go to destination for building, electrical and plumbing supplies - your store has become our 1st stop for flowers, vegetable plants and gardening supplies over recent years.

This store isn't perfect, as nothing in this world is perfect. However, they do have some exemplary employees, like Britni and Kathy, who will go above and beyond the call of duty. Keep up the good work.

I was very impressed with the store the few times I have gone in. Associates have acknowleged me as I walk thru the aisles and are willing to help me find the item I am searching for.

I would like to give a shout out to the guys that helped me with windows today. Romeo was the guy who helped us finish some paperwork and cashed us out but the guy who took our call and then a follow up call after he did some research and found the exact window we were looking for was also fantastic. Both guys are a great credit to your location, thanks for the help

This store has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees and that is why I keep shopping here. Go see Austin in Wood, Woody in Appliance and Toby in Nails/Screws. These guys know their stuff and will help you with whatever you need.

The customer service in this particular store was great! Travis was extremely knowledgeable about the flooring we were considering and assisted us in making the right decision for our needs. The customer service in the front and at check-in was awesome as well.

This Home Depot is well stocked, and the staff very knowledgeable about the products in their departments. They are very helpful and often have tips that will make projects go smoothly.

Sales people are always pleasant, always go out of their way to help you find something, the store is always clean and the signage is excellent in helping you get to the right area. I have a summer home in Maine and always shop at the Home Depot for all my needs.

Went to Home Depot to purchase Carpeting for our staircase. Lots of choices and great prices. They beat a few competitors out by $300.00 savings. I would definately recomend them.

Friendly staff, assistance offered in Lumber Dept., prices and options are always better than our hometown smaller stores.

Our sales guy Woody was amazimy. Very kind, Knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was engaging and willing to work the numbers for us putting items in and out of the system till we got where we needed to be. I wish everyone was as happy at their job that he was.
