Store cleaned and all all-ways cleared making it easer to move around Your staff very professional

The associates are very helpful in locating particular items. If I even appear to need help, an associate is right on the ball and asks if I need help.

In my opinion, this is the best Home Depot that I have ever shopped in.

Cashier would not give me the price on the app but the manager did very bad experience in the Auburn store

We shop here often. Store is clean, people are friendly and helpful. We found everything we were looking for.

Store always has what I went in for. Staff is always polite and are always willing to help.

Over the course of my life I have accompanied my father to this HD and have always found it to be pleasant. I am unsure if customer service folks are supposed to greet you, but they never do. I am stating this as a complaint but more of an observation. Otherwise they are super.

I love Home Depot because they are helpful when needed and love the variety of products they have in comparison to other home improvement stores. They have been truly helpful when I need boards cut so they can fit in the car. I like the way the way the store is set up, easy to find things. I love the deals as well, the paper towels and toilet paper by the case are an awesome value as well.

The store was very clean, with hand sanitizer and masks provided at the entrance for those who needed them. I found everything I was looking for quickly and easily with the assistance of Tatum, who was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She gave excellent recommendations and I am very satisfied with the products I purchased. She also brought me to the paint department and introduced me to the associate there - a gentleman whose name I sadly cannot recall. He was great as well; very helpful, professional and patient with me while I debated colors, finishes, etc. I will definitely be back - and soon - as I am undertaking several home improvement projects in the coming months. Thank you!!

Nearly everything about Home Depot is good...Except they refuse to stop with the masks. Why a store like Home Depot obeys dictates from tyrants instead of doing what they normally do best (like providing excellent service to their customers) is infuriating.

I had an entire team helping me this morning! Shout out to the Lumber Department, Paint Department, and the Garden Center. I had four staff this morning who went above and beyond to help me with my projects..house painting and fencing. It was so nice to work with friendly, smiling staff who were eager to help; it made a world of difference and started my day out right. :-) Thanks to the staff at Home Depot for making my shopping experience great!

Its a shame the don't offer a veteran a military discount only because he doesn't have a military ID and only has a state issued veterans drivers license. If I could rate this store lower than a 1 I would and it would be -10. Rude customer service as well.

This store always has been staffed with knowledgeable and experienced professionals. The entire chain attains to a very high standard. The advantage is quite noticeable as compared to the competition.

This store is easy to browse and If you know what your looking for you can find it easy. If your not sure what it is you want or need It can get interesting the help you get by the department your in. If your in lumber, doors, windows appliance's you should have good help but in other areas especially seasonal or parts and pieces employees aren't always knowable

My experience at Home Depot was wonderful today. I needed more than 30 cuts to PCV pipes and Aphoni helped me with a smile and great attitude! He was great! The cashier was friendly as well. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at Home Depot!

There was a very disruptive mask wearing older man who was yelling at some other customers. There were two lady employees on their way to talk to the man, when I asked for help finding an item. One of the ladies immediately helped me, while the other lady continued on to find the disruptive man. I was very impressed.

The store is well maintained and the associates are very friendly, everything is easy to find and if I need help there is always an associate their to help me

Clayton went above and beyond his duties to help me , he stayed with me and helped me get everything I needed for my project which helped me save time, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and wanting to shop again! Keep up the great work team you guys are crushing it!
