Hi, I recommend shopping at Home Depot in Auburn, Maine for all your fix it issues and remodeling your home. The customer service was excellent. The return policy is excellent, and I feel, they do well ordering anything you need, if not in stock. SINCERELY, RICK

The store is a half hour from my farm, which is very convenient. The employees are helpful and know how to look up questions I may have if they are not sure of the answer. The store is always clean and safe. The Home Depot credit card is the only credit card I own, and Citibank is great to work with. No complaints at all, only compliments to Home Depot.

Shopping at the Auburn Home Depot has been a positive experience. During the height of the Covid19 "shelter in place" restrictions, the furnace and hot water heater malfunctioned. In both cases (five days apart), the assistance provided was noteworthy.

The shopping experience at the Auburn Home Depot was exemplary. Employee expertise in plumbing made finding the needed valve easy. Those assisting me were professional and knowledgeable.

Not a safe store to shop in no social distance practice employees were not even protected shop at Lowe’s much respected

I like Behr paint but the saleswoman was very rude. I had questions about the product and she told me I was holding other people up. Now I shop at Lowes for paint. The saleswoman there didnt rush me and was very helpful.

I went to exchange a gift. The first person was very helpful and got me a HD card so the money did not go back to gift giver, Then when I could not find the sale I had looked at on line, a salesman in the tool section helped me find the items I wanted and made sure that I got the sale price at the register. He was also very helpful with questions I had about different Ridgid Tools. I ended up talking to 5 different store staff before we were able to get the sale complete. I was extremely pleased to see that they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Many stores are not this helpful. I have shopped here for years and will continue to return even though there are stores closer to my home.

Didn't have to ask for help, a store associate saw us and offered assistance. We found the product easily. Check out assistant was pleasant and friendly. We have found the to be consistent throughout the Home Depot stores making them our "go to" place for our home renovation projects (currently on number five).

The Auburn, ME, Home Depot had what we needed that Windham Home Depot did not. I called the store to see if they had our home project needs. The employee Christine took our info and called us back to let us know they had what we needed. We were very impressed with how timely she was. Our check out employee (Albert)was very nice and was helpful. Good job Home Depot in Auburn!!!

This store has one the better layouts making it easier to find items. The staff varies depending on time of day.

I found the products I was looking for very easily. Assistance was readily available. The associates do not hide from customers, and they do not act like they do not want to help you. The store was very clean.

There is always a friendly, knowledgeable staff member ready to help answer questions and guide with helpful advice.

Items were easily located with the assistance of Tina, who took the time to save me from walking on a bum leg by searching for the requested items on my behalf while I sat comfortably at a desk in one of the departments. Then she offered to check me out at the same location so I wouldn't have to stand in line on a bad knee. SHE WAS THE BEST!! And no, I never met her before today.

Military discount is a baiting practice in my eyes. Home Depot has numerous products listed as not available for discount and no visible means of you knowing which products. Store clerks have no idea, you can only wait till you dissect your receipt once finished. I felt I had a 3$ discount only to find out that 1 of my 4 items qualified leaving me with 50 cents.

I would drive an hour out of my way to use this store, lots of employees and everything always in stock. HUGE inventory!

Watch out about hidden items that do not receive veterans discounts. You only find out at the checkout.

Well organized, clean and stocked..

My past experience at Home Depot has been overall very positive. Someone has generally offered to help me at least once while I was shopping. In fact, I would typically rate the store between 4 and 5 stars. Today, was very different. I felt like I was imposing on employees on 4 separate occasions: Woman at service desk, man at a separate service desk in a separate section of the store, man working in the tool aisle and woman at a checkout. I had asked each one a question and was made to feel unimportant. With that kind of service, I definitely can't give more than 3 stars. I do want to point out though that I did finally encounter a female employee and a male employee who were excellent but somehow those encounters with aloof employees can really sour the way you feel.
