I enjoy HD, always have and always will. I prefer it over other retailers and shop in Auburn whenever I can.

Do not go here to buy mulch!!!! They do not have the sale mulch in stock, but you don't find out until after you have paid and go to pick it up.

I purchased a 30" Toro lawn mower last April and had the Auburn store prepare it. I picked it up the first week of May. After about only 11 to 12 uses it stopped working in late July. The store is saying it is my fault that it was low on oil. It is my contention that it was either a) assembled incorrectly, b) the store did not put the proper amount of oil in the machine, or c) it is just an unlucky bad machine. I have yet to find anyone outside of that store willing to tell me should need oil that soon after purchase. I have even generally inquired at other Home Depot stores who have told me they always fill the oil. I even finished the season last year using a $100 machine from Wal*Mart that has not had any oil added for two years. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never make a sizable purchase from that store again based on my treatment on this situation.

I found the products I was looking for very easily! I got an assistant whom was knowledgeable about the garden shop. The store was very clean. All associates were very nice and friendly. The carriages were right inside the entrance.

Being a customer of Home Depot in Auburn threw the years(45) found them to have very exsperienced employees whom have helped me in many handy man projects I've encounted_ having a home,&doing gardening etc***

Jean in service was a great help and very attentive to my needs and made sure I don’t leave the store without getting the right product for my bathroom vent replacement

Convenient, neat and clean. Mike in electrical Is an asset to your store. He was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. We were there on 01/15/2019 about 12:15 P.M.

The store is always clean and the associates friendly and helpful. If you need assistance with paint, I hope you encounter Joe "Santa" in the paint department. He made my entire week helping me match a color and paint quality.

Usually never any good customer service at this store, but during my visit today associate Kevin in plumbing assisted me with threading large pieces of pipe. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Store always has what I want, easy to get in and out.

The Home Depot in Auburn is fantastic. As a contractor and home owner I find great pleasure in walking in those doors. If I need help the friendly staff do their level best for you. My whole family enjoys each visit because there’s something there for all of them every season. Thanks !

I have to say this ; My kids grow up going to home depot with me and they loved ,with my crazy projects and ideas always have a associates with a knowledge to understand what I describe end able to help me find ,the products that I need . the products always available even when I have to improvise the staff member is welcome to help. the store is always clean. thanks home depot to be there always .

As an electrical contractor I have to say my visit to this store was a waste of my time

2 of the employees didn’t know what to do when I needed help. The employee that worked in the flooring department had gone to lunch and both ladies told me I had to wait an hour. I had to call the store while I was in the store to get the help I needed and the manager Keith was absolutely phenomenal he helped me find what I needed and he also recommended things for me as well.

I have shopped at this home depot for 13 years. There are other home depot stores closer to where I live now but I love going to the Auburn home depot because of the people that work there. They always make me feel welcomed, like a friend! They are wonderful!

ON A PRIOR VISIT I HAD CONTACT WITH A CLERK NAMED STANLEY BARKOWSKI. TOTALLY HELPFUL AND SHOWED PRIDE BEING A MEMBER OF THE HD CREW WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND WORK ETHIC THAT IS AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW. ON THIS VISIT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT GOT NECESSARY ASSISTANCE.

Auburn people go above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis .

I’m only recommending the store because of people like Patty and Mike who work here. The people at the pro desk are absolutely awful and will not help you because they’re lazy and don’t want to do their job. If you need help go to customer service since see Patty.

Just bought a house and wanted to fence in the back yard, Lisa from customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful!

THE REVIEW IS MORE ABOUT THE SALES PERSON THAN THE STORE - IN REALITY I DID NOT HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY SITUATION WHEN DONNA WAS NOT AROUND [SHE WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY]. DONNA WAS SIMPLY SUPERB, KEEPING HER CALMNESS THROUGH MY ENTIRE BLINDS SELECTION PROCESS. SHE SPENT A GOOD CHUNK OF TIME WITH ME. SHE IS DEFINITELY AS ASSET TO YOUR STORE

The sales people are kind and respectful, they are truly interested in assisting you with answers to your silly questions, to getting you to the correct area of the store, to assisting you until you have everything in hand prior to going to cash out.

I would like to know why there has been no drawings for the year of 2018. Is this a waste of time.

The store personnel are great to work with. Biggest complaint is having product in the main front aisle making it hard to move through the store. They shouldn't have product especially where all the lumber is stored.
