Isle support is both friendly and helpful. Finding the correct item quickly makes for a quicker trip

I live in Woodstock,CT and have many directions to choose from when it comes to Home Depot. My favorite location is Auburn,MA. Easier to get in and out of than Manchester,CT, which is about the same distance for me. Also, I point out these 2 stores in particular because usually they both have more in stock than the other surrounding HD's.

I’m very easy to find what I need.

I was short on time so instead of wandering around the aisles looking for my items; I asked for help in customer service. A lady by the name of Nancy took the time to walk me to the area of the item I was looking to buy. Another fine lady Named Sandra at check out helped me save money by telling about the Home Depot card. This was at the Auburn Mass store.

Make sure if you are buying and ordering ring it up together or you can't use the coupon twice the same day same shopping trip! Also be prepared to self check out because there are no cashiers. Be prepared to move items yourself to get items you want. Next time I will consider a different store.

Sure you're doing own projects, why not do your own price checks and ring your purchase too? Since I evidently work there now, I frequently avail myself of the mobile stairs. Security is lax, one day I tried accessing their internal network from a misconfigured price station. Employees stopped to look and laugh, but literally did nothing to dissuade me. Most of the time the chip readers don't work right at the registers, and the token employee seems upset when you try unplugging it and hooking it back up to reset it. Not my fault my employee new hire training sucked. Next time, perhaps I'll leave some extra time and do a merchandising move.

OMG that cashier, Savana, is incredible with her customer service skills!! She is friendly and very efficient. She seemed very eager to help!! You can tell she loves her job snd honestly, she made my experience a great one!! That girl deserves recognition!!

The Auburn store has never disappointed myself and my husband. Wish there was a Home Depot in Millbury MA however. It's not that far from my home but it would be great to have this brand closer to my home.

Melissa and Lenny provided exceptional customer service in the appliance department. I left the store feeling confident in my appliance purchase!

This store is conveniently located and reasonably well stocked. I have noticed though that the Oxford store is usually much more stocked and better organized. why is that??

They generally have what I'm looking for, but the waiting times(if there is even an in-person check-out available. You're basically forced to go through the self-check-outs that I refuse to do. So I go through the lumber area even if I'm buying other things.

Home Depot stores, Leominster, Worcester and Auburn do not have store employees to assist you if you need expert advice or insight on product section-except in Paint. If you plan to go to a home Depot store you should do all your product research before you go to make a purchase because you will not receive assistance in store unless you are prepared to search for assistance and wait a long time for store employee assistance. I went to the store during the week expecting a low number of customers and store employee availability. There was a low number of customers but no store assistance readily available. You need to search and wait for assistance. Lastly, prices are higher than expected across all departments and I have seen this increasing price trend since last March.

Paint department associates are miserable people, and hand trucks are left in aisles, which I fell over embarrassing.

i have been shopping the home depot since they came to this area. as a remodeling contractor i used the depot for most of my product needs . i have allways been satisfied with service and personel. depot has my back !!

This store is in the town that I live in, so it would make sense to shop the store when I have needed something. But I have found the Store in Oxford Ma is much better stocked and the store employee are much more friendly Today I had a bad experience with a store employee in the paint dept. I drove out to the Oxford store and was able to get the help I need and my questions answered, it was a bit of a waste of time to have to go that route, but the employee in Auburn(his name is Roger) was not about to help me

Bought 500.00 worth of pavers. Were to be delivered in 2 days. It’s now been 7 days and still no delivery. Nobody I’ve called has a clue. I’m cancelling my order.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The PRO’s were very helpful and all the associates that assisted were great too.

The pro desk is always helpful and a great group of people work there. Always a pleasant experience.
