Three trips to store to purchase a faucet for my kitchen! First trip, faucet was faulty. Second trip, faucet was USED! Third trip I had them open it in store and be sure it was good! 6 hours of travel time, approx $500.00 in costs, plus my 6 hours of time, gas,e tc. not a happy customer.

Bob M in lumber was the only part of my shopping experience today that made it worth it. Had some employees over the last few trips not be too helpful. Bob M took the time to help me and give me options when he couldn't help in the store. Bob M is the reason I would shop again at this store! Highly recommend Bob for any help you need in lumber and building materials!!

The pick-up/return area needs to be better managed with additional employees since there are so many people purchasing online and picking up at the store. Nursery/lawn care section should have its own checkout so that customers are not having to push their carts through the store. The individuals working the paint counter are very helpful and efficient.

I was in your store tonight. Ask associate to cut 10 feet of chain. Only got 5 feet but paid for ten. I called when I got home and no one answered. The phone rang at least 25 times. Thank you. How do I get a refund for $2.50? Thank you

Everything was clean smooth and awesome .

The associates at the customer service desk were excellent today, 5/10/20. I bought a grill and all of the insides were missing. I called the store and spoke with Melissa on the phone and she gave me a few options. I brought the grill back, and because of the inconvenience, they offered me the next model up, at no extra cost. The were so friendly and helpful with the whole process. Especially during this time, they were the best part of my day. Thank you so much ladies!

Costumer service is the worst!

As a homeowner I recommend the home depot for your home improvement needs . Whether you need tools , equipment, materials, machinery, or just some advice you can rely on the Home depot and it’s staff . It is the Hardware you can rely on .

Prices were wrong in the light bulb section. Please farm it and stop allowing simple mistakes to go unchecked.

The employee who helped us (Steve) went way out of his way to help. The store was closing in 15 minutes and the item I needed was not in stock. Instead of sending me out empty handed he did some research and found stock in the back that was not going out til the next day and he went and got it. Thank you Steve - even tho you are a Yankees Fan, you made my day !

We had numerous questions about products. Steven in flooring was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all types of flooring and application procedures. He provided excellent customer service.

the experience that I have had in this store has been super great and I love shopping here. looking forward to my next project.

The new self check out registers are poorly designed and laid out. There is little to no counter space to place and scan even the smallest item The screen is big enough to watch the Superbowl and entirely overkill for displaying an item and the purchase summary I'm going back to using a live person - - who also has the same poorly designed set up

Cashier Claudia was very inconsiderate and made me and three other employees go back and forth multiple times to the propane exchange in 90° heat. She was also eating food while behind the counter and acting as if I was interrupting her break.

I am excited about the lawn mower I just bought. The clerk fit it into my Toyota is such a way I was able to remove it by myself. Needing assistance is natural for me and I get the help I need. The Clerks will interrupt what they are doing to give you information. Often they will walk you to the product. As an elderly person, I find this cheerfulness an willingness to help very valuable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Auburn store yesterday. A cashier helped me to find four different articles that I needed and actually carried one article that was on the heavy side..She also changed a blade for me on a scraper that I had brought in. She also smiled and made me feel that I was not imposing on her. Will definitely be back because I always get what I want there

Would like to say the associate who helped today in the kitchen sink area was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what I needed , found the correct products and even picked up the big bulky sink box and put it in the carriage for me. This I did not expect but did appreciate! Thanks!

Although they didn't have the paint base for the paint I needed(5 or 3 gallon bucket) for my project, they called all the nearby stores to try to find it. No one had it, they offered alternatives, figured out the difference, cost wise if I purchased it in 1 gallon cans instead. The store was neat, aisles were easy to manuver. Despite the Memorial Day sales crowd, the associates were friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Poor Service provided by a cashier less store. When the 8:00 hour rolls around, don't close manned registers... Deliver better service! I blame head cashier for not planning better.

Store poorly organized. Items blocking isles in lawn and garden. Poor lighting in lawn and garden. Head cashier was seen as speaking down to customers and employees. (my opinion)...Store needs to be organized better. Employee I spoke to was not trained to the standard one would expect.
