Home Depot Aspen Hill is my go-to option for homeowner repairs. We have shopped there for years and find the personnel quite helpful and the quality of goods more than satisfactory.

This store is very busy but the cashiers are very efficient and you won't have to wait in line long. If you prefer, its self-service checkout system is excellent. This store has a great selection of parts and tools for your home improvement projects. Best of all, the employees are cheerful, courteous, and helpful.

Aspen Hill Store is a huge store, which helps me find anything I am looking for. Sometimes is hard to find assistance with the associates walking on the store, but I found an associate ( cashier Dirce ) She works there for a long time and she does speak PORTUGUESE,SPANISH AND ENGLISH ) for those who finds hard to explain and being understood by the associates. even that she is a cashier, she will find the way to help you out! Very nice, friendly and helpful. I always go back to her now! not only for the language, but for her upright spirit, as I am not always in a good mood ! Thank you Home Depot for few good employees out there...

This location rarely has what I need. Tried to buy 3 yardsticks which are a very basic item and I asked about 6 employees and nobody could locate them. It wasnt the fact that they had no idea and sent me in the wrong direction but it was like they didnt take the customer, me, seriously. They were very interested in chatting amongst themselves and I felt like I was intruding on them.

CLEAN AND ORGANICED

I needed to purchase some fly ribbons and a young woman manning the paint-mixing section cheerfully pointed me in the right direction. After I found what I needed I wanted to see her name tag before I left but she was busy. Her cheerfulness and helpfulness are still memorable. Another associate greeted me and asked if I needed help. The people at this store are Home Depot's greatest asset because they left the best impression on me. Thank you.

Unfortunately my experience at the Aspen Hill Home Depot was less than pleasant as I encountered a representative (Victor) who was absolutely rude and totally dismissive. So much so , that I was compelled to invest additional time to seek out assistant management (John) to communicate the representatives conduct and my disatisfaction. I was assured that the behavior would be corrected as I suggested retraining in the area of customer service. I find that when behaviors that are not in line with an organizations bottom-line are left uncorrected they spread and become a sub-culture as it is embraced by other employees and ultimately considered the norm.

Store is always well stocked and the staff are always willing to lend a hand with and questions or requests.

I find the staff at all home depots I have been to are help full and friendly I like to shop at the aspen hill store as it is larger and has a large one level parking lot and a tool rental center also so it makes it a full service store to shop for home repairs etc I travel the extra 3 miles as the home depot store near me in Gaithersburg md is smaller and very busy /crowded all the time / the store has a small 2 level parking lot that has half of the upper deck closed off now for repair from damage from a truck hitting a support column I have a friend who works part time at the Gaithersburg store and always parks on the upper level as on the lower level kept getting flat tires from drywall screws etc

The store is usually very accessible and has a wide variety of plants during the summer, although they do sell out on occasion and quickly when the weather gets warm. I found that I was also able to return a tree that had died, and to find another one as a replacement, and that there was customer assistance when I asked for it, to answer questions about planting and soils.
