If you need something in the Garden Center, look for Ronald from Jamaica. He is absolutely superb - warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The overall condition of the store considering the type of store that it is was exceptionally well the customer service I received from one particular gentleman in the garden center Went above and beyond my expectations I will definitely be doing more of my gardening shopping at this location with his help in guidance

This store may be good if your are just running in for a quick item or two. You are on your own though, don't expect any assistance from staff. No, the associates are not friendly or helpful. Although, they do seem friendly with each other as it seemed they were at work to socialize with each other and not to assist customers.

The customer service was superb! CeCe was able to help me in every way possible and did not stop until we were beyond satisfied. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She also made sure that I thoroughly understood the work to be done on my floor.

Returns are anything but « Free and Easy ». Register Associate not friendly or helpful to me - implied that I had purchased the item someplace else - had to show it to her on homedepot website.

Horrible customer experience. I tried to exchange an item, for a more expensive item and was told that is not allowed. Apparently, exchanges are only allowed for the same item for the same price. How inconvenient is that? Now I have to wait days to get back the large amount I already spent in additional to the new purchase I had to make. This is the first time I have ever been to a store where they do not let you exchange an item for a higher price item and pay the difference. The customer service representatives were very rude and unhelpful. I will not shop here again.

We have shopped at this store for more than 20 years. In recent years, the quality of product and people have slipped, markedly. All too often, the shopping experience is problematic: Too few really knowledgeable clerks, and inconsistent product quality and inventory control. If you can pierce the automated reply when calling the store, you reach a cashier who may or may not answer your question accurately. Beware of ordering items that require "shipping to store." In a recent experience ordering simple vinyl floor tile, at first UPS lost the box. I reordered a box of the same product by Armstrong. This time, UPS confirmed delivery to the Aspen Hill store, and the store confirmed receipt of the box. But then the store lost the product for which I'd prepaid inside its own store. At no time did I ever receive a call or email notification of delivery delays or problems. After 3 weeks, no make-good, no sincere apology. But plenty of Christmas trees on hand, which arrived no problem from China before Halloween. This family is done with Home Depot.

I like this store overall. Sometimes it can be hard to find an employee in the department you are shopping, but when you do they are usually quite helpful. I also like that the cashiers are plentiful and will help you with self check out.

Not impressed with the help!

This is a particularly large HD store that’s generally well stocked. You can usually find everything you need here. Aisles are kept well maintained/organized. Their Team is good at keeping people moving through the checkout process; and most want to help but may not have the expertise you need. They have lots of carts and a great outdoor garden center.

Home Depot, customer services tops the line from other home improvement stores. It is to find items at home depot and the check-out process is fast and efficient. Home Depot has everything I need in order to continue building my projects. Home Depot sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Home Depot is near by and curb-side pick up makes it easy for us to order online and pick up, ASAP. Home Depot has made the corona-virus situation much easier for it's customers. Great Home depot!

Items returned are not thoroughly checked to make sure that they weren't used or that parts are missing. This is the second time that I bought something that was either used or missing parts (as in a lock that I previously purchased didn't have keys).
