Sometimes a little low on stock but the staff is very friendly and helpful

Store is always clean and organized!!! Everyone in this store is always happy to help. From the moment you walk in to your way out. I love this store

A wonderful store in a great location. I can usually find exactly what I need and often something extra while shopping. The staff is very helpful to this senior (but not frail) lady. I tend to be in the Garden Shop often as I attempt to improve the curb appeal of our home with plants, stones, and flowers.

Home Depot has great customer service and the Manager is very customer friendly.

Selin the cashier was great!

Staff is always Friendly and everything is pretty much easy to find. If you can't find it, ask for help.

Front end supervisor is very rude. Pushed my family out of the check out line with no reasoning. Very unprofessional. Will not come back to the store unless he is gone.

Need help response when requested at Custome Service

I've shopped this store for years and the customer service has been very lackluster, however on Sept. 29th, Stephanie at the Pro Desk provided me with excellent customer service by going above and beyond in assisting me with my order - not only that night but the next day when I had to change it. She even followed up with me by phone on the 30th to let me know they didn't get in any of the posts I needed. I was able to place and pay for my order for pick up the next day for what was to have been an easy pick-up. While the pick-up didn't go as expected (on my side) Stephanie graciously changed the will-call order to a delivery. When I left the store she said to please come see her with my lumber needs in the future. Way to go Stephanie! The service at the HD on Forest Drive was a different story though!

The customer service was by far the best I have experienced since being in the DMV area!! We will definitely make a 23 mile trip to this store over the one near us! Keep up the good work!!!!!

"Happiest Place on Earth" for a DIYer. Always have what I need, and if I buy the wrong thing by mistake, the HD takes returns, no questions asked.

Great service. I had a project I needed to figure out to raise my bird feeders higher in the air but still be able to get them down to fill them. Jerome in hardware helped me design what I needed, and showed me how to put it together. He was very helpful. There's no way I would have known what items to select without his help. He's the best!

A well organized store with knowledgeable and friendly employees. My grandson and I have always enjoyed shopping there together over the last eighteen years. He always learns something new at every visit and at age 20 is an 'I can do it' kind of guy and a great help to his Grandmother and me.

Cashier Bernice was absolutely a joy to be rung up by. She was warm and inviting to talk to. Kinda of like a grandmother feel. Anyways, after a long hard shopping spree at the Home Depot lol, she couldn’t have been a better person at the check out than her. I left smiling because her and the great deal I got on what I went in to buy. All in all, my stop to Home Depot made my entire day better, thank you for that.

Yup, Mike D was the great guy in paint department. Mike did his technology thing as we discussed the particular paint type to use. It was perfect. After that it was off with my hand truck to see Jack in Hardware. Wow, he has been there a while. We discussed draw pulls and associated hardware and that 3D Printer he used to make things with including , yes hands for children. Finally, outside, where Argan intercepted me and insisted on helping me load it into the truck.

The store is very well stocked and the quality is high. I do not recall ever looking for something that was missing from the shelves. I am always amazed at the ability of the staff to know the location of anything I am looking for and can direct me to the proper location. The checkout people are always friendly and helpful. They have followed the Governor's requirements for the pandemic including masks and social distancing and limiting the number of customers in the store to the government limits.

The service here is always consistent and the employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Keep up the great work!!!
