A young man named Hence greeted me to help speed up my checkout time and then offered to help me load my 16, 40 pound salt bags. He waited with the flatbed of salt while I retrieved my vehicle and was happy to load them with me. In this day and age it is very nice to have someone to happy to help another person out. Thank you very much Hence, you made my day and weekend! I wish you and yours the very best too.

Home Depot is a great place to find just about anything you need for fixings in and outside the home.The pricing is comparable, the merchandise exceptional and the customer satisfaction is outstanding

Initially was directed to an isle to find a 40' ladder. They were not in stock on the isle but your online inventory showed 4 in stock. Spoke with a lady at the PRO desk who directed us to customer service. There Danielle looked them up in the system, called back to lumber to confirm that they were in the building, they were out back having just been received that morning and not stocked in the store. she got the SKU and offered to sell it to me and let us pick it up later. Great service!

Had been looking for kitchen appliances & none of the local shops had available what we were looking for & order delivery not guaranteed due to appliance stocking issues. Home Depot showed on their website having the appliances & the local shops said they would likely not fulfil the order when the time came. Went into the store & dealt with a great associate who confirmed they could get what we wanted & deliver 5 days later, so he placed the order for us. True to his word, the appliances were delivered on date promised. Delivery team were very friendly, helpful & did a great job. The entire process went smoothly & seamlessly. Now just waiting on availability next month of one more item & will be purchasing it thru Home Depot again!

When u go there ask for Clive the man was so helpful and if he didn’t know he went with u and personally asked someone else and still stayed there he didn’t pawn u off on someone else! He helped with everything! Plus my husband and I enjoyed walking around with him! Very nice and funny!!! Best experience ever!!! Thank u Clive

The store is generally well stocked with items that I am looking for and the checkout persons are quite helpful and friendly..

The store was clean. The employees were friendly and I was very happy with the experience considering I had to spend over $1800 on a garage door that I wasn't planning to purchase this month.

On this transaction, I was asked if I wanted get a Home Depot Credit Card. I agreed to that. During the process, there was a request for my signature. When I tried to write my signature on the electronic signature pad, it wasn’t working properly, I told the cashier and he said it doesn’t matter. By all rights, that is not the cashier’s place to say whether customer’s signature is okay or no. That is up to the customer, not the cashier or any representative of Home Depot. During the discussion, another cashier came over and pressed the “Accept” button. In effect, the other cashier accepted my signature that I clearly disapproved of against my will. I would consider this to be an improper transaction. When I confronted the other cashier, she told me not to talk to her like that. She wants to disrespect the customers, but when they confront her, she wants them to treat her with respect. Yes, I was clearly upset, and rightly so. And it is hard to be respectful. However, you can’t treat other people with disrespect and expect respect. On another point, they said I would get a $50 discount. That was not true and it ended up being a $25 discount. Because of this enticement, I decided to get the credit card. I am having a very negative experience with Home Depot to the point of considering other home improvement centers. It is my desire to cancel this credit card.

Jack at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful and courteous with helping us checkout quickly and easily despite all other lines being busy and long.

Janice is an outstanding employee, a diamond in the ruff. So many times we shop, only to observe a cluster of employees standing around talking. You dare not disturb their conversations to request assistance. Janice consistently offers outstanding customer service and if there is a problem, Janice offers an immediate solution and smile. Janice is an asset to Home Depot, kudos to whomever hired her.

Great help picking out doors. He worked with us for hours to go through all the options and schedule the installs. They gave us tips on how to save money and make the purchase experience very pleasant.

Bad experience with a customer service agent, Monique. When I asked another employee about this - she suggested to me that this is a systemic problem in their store. I’ve completed the customer survey & will write a letter to the corporate office. I did try to speak with a manager, but he/she never responded to the 2 calls over the intercom. Not a great experience.

Annapolis Home Depot has friendly and polite associate's. They had no trouble finding the product I needed. Awesome Andy also took time to look up the product to explain what was included with the product! Always have a great experience at this location!

The employees here are always helpful and that is why we come here. If you are doing a DIY project, have no clue or just half a clue and need some help, employees are easy to find, friendly, and always helpful. One employee told us where to find something and then came looking for us to make sure we found what we needed. This is a great store and our favorite HD around-there is a closer one to us that is always a disappointment and the employees are not helpful, but the Annapolis store has great customer service and it makes a huge difference in the amount of time I have to spend in the store, since I’m not wandering about aimlessly trying to find something on my own. They are also great on advising everything you need for a project. I’ve never had a bad experience here and that is why I keep coming back.

The cashier the checked us out was cashier #5. She was very nice and efficient at the same time. We always find what we need. If it is not at this store we will put an order in and it always arrives with in the same week. Thank you for your continuous excellent service.
