I had all but given up on Home Depot until my visit to this location Everyone was kind helpful motivated I will only shop at this location Great job and can’t say enough about the young woman at check out!

This is the best Home Depot. They always have what I need! Tons of employees to ask questions and all of them seem knowledgeable. I love coming here. It’s also very clean and safe.

Rob in plumbing and Alex in self checkout were both wonderful, polite, friendly and so helpful! Home Depot makes you feel at home!

ALOT MORE ORGANIZED THAN SOME OTHER STORES I HAVE VISITED IN THE PAST YEARS

Had an extremely pleasant shopping experience today at Home Depot on Defense Highway, Annapolis, Md for various reasons: Convenient, ALL ITEMS WERE IN STOCK AND EASY TO FIND WILL ONLY SHOP AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE, today, OUR CASHIER, Danielle, was the tip of the iceberg, very kind, friendly, courteous and all in all an ASSET TO YOUR HOME DEPOT. Outstanding representative to your corporation and should be recognized by corporate and store management for her professionalism and obviously enjoys her job Each of the isle team members were helpful as well!

Everyone from the floor guy to the cashier were so nice and extremely helpful! I got the feeling that they loved working at The Home Depot!

So impressed with commitment of employees to support customers. Within 6 min of entering store Jim offered his help. At a competitor was in store for 90 min and even after 10 pages for help, no one showed up. Inclusive business decisions have earned my respect, admiration and gratitude. Ordered 2 toilets from competitor because not in stock at Home Depot since December. So impressed, I will cancel my order if I can get 2 Koehler Corbelle toilets from Home Depot!

At check out I asked for a military discount from cashier Denise #2557 00009 17781 on 2/24/21 @5:49pm She responded with “did you serve?” I said “ oh my husband is retired”. Her response “did you serve?” I said again “oh no my husband is retired.”Again she said sarcastically, “did you serve?”I was stunned and said “I stayed home with the children months at a time so yes I would say that I served”. She then said “yes, but did you get shot at?” I was stunned! I asked her if she was a mom she responded “yes”I responded “how very sad”. I received my discount took my package and left feeling angry, humiliated and embarrassed. I got out to the car and called my husband.He wanted me to go back in and ask for the manager. I was too shook up to do that and now I’m writing this review. I hope it is read. I hope that no other dependent is subjected to such a verbal assault and shown such disrespect. We are the families who support the men and women serving our country. We deserve better. Home Depot needs to provide training to their frontline workers. I will never return to your store. I will encourage all of my friends to stay away. There are many other ways to get the products that you provide in a respectful and kinder environment.

I went hear on a late night,to pick up a few things I needed all works in the departments were very helpful. When it was time to check out. I noticed the people in front of me was taken a long time so I walked over to self checkout. I noticed about 3 employees walked over and started watching me very closely.It was very offensive, I have never took anything in my life. I will never go back.

This store is always neat and overall has the stock we are looking for. There is another Home depot about a mile from this one on Forest Drive, but it is much harder to find what I am looking for at the other location. The garden center is also MUCH nicer here and is always well stocked per season.

A good Home Depot with Help full employees that are well trained and courteous. If they do not know the answer to your questions they will get someone that does. It has become my go to Home Depot. The store is very clean the employees very helpful and it is well stocked

Mattie was very helpful with my visit. She couldn’t do a price match but provided a discount on purchases. She made sure to have me come to the front of the line after I shopped and kept my visit pleasant and efficient. Great customer server on her part!

The employees at this store are EXCEPTIONAL, and that starts with the store Manager, Mark! Always going the extra mile and always helpful. I wish all retail store employees were this willing to help, and with a smile while helping you. This is our experience consistently at this store in particular.

We visited the store shopping for a high value item. The appliance specialist was very helpful and informative and HD had the item available within a reasonable period of time.
