If two products share the same SKU# how can you stock a store shelve correctly, or fulfill a online order correctly?

Spent my lunch hour trying to get anyone to assist me. The employees were to busy visiting with each other complaining about a supervisor. I was never helped. I WOULD rather order & pay shipping from China then shop there. 4th time in 2 weeks & could never get any help. A customer that was shopping helped me find what I needed.

It appears that Home Depot is not requiring customers to wear face coverings. With a deadly pandemic sweeping the world and country I would expect better from a national brand such as Home Depot.

Friendly staff knowledgeable unlike lower they didn't know how to deal with simple shipping.This store know what they are doing.The sales guy was friendly didn't have an attitude like the lady at the Fairbanks Home Depot store!

I understand that at this time steps need to be taken to lessen the spread of this Wuhan Virus, but honestly can you not have a checkout open on the contractors end of the store? Checkout was limited to the center of the store. Well ok, I guess. After checking out the way was blocked towards the contractors side which is the only place a truck and trailer can even park. So I have to go the other way, and once in the exit area you have a man on a stool parked in my way and not even going to allow me to go towards my truck thus forcing me out the furthest possible exit for no reason that I can discern. Gee thanks for your consideration and cooperation.

Did get a good deal on a milwuakee back pack vacuume for my janitorial business with a help of the employee by providing the full detail operationon the back pack vacuume .Charles and maria were helpfull and friendly with there assistance and knowledge.

Aisi was awsome on helped me picked out the best color for my home and I love it awsome personality with a great customer service and I love to just pass by her dept just to say hi to her

Between 10am and 7pm this store has been consistently friendly and helpful. I haven't tried to go after 7pm or before 10am. The website provides exact locations and numbers of the products, so I added things to my cart on the website and then showed up and clicked on each to find them as I went through the store. I have used the pre-purchase where they gather the items and you just pick them up at service and that is fabulous too. This store is waaaay better than the Abbott store.

I went to Store 1301 (515 East Tudor Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503) and came to Customer Service EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED, because FOUR OTHER Customer Service personnel DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE THE LUMBER MEASUREMENTS and I'd gotten the run around. Finally they called "STEPHANIE" and she was SO PATIENT with me. And although she didn't fully understand @ first ... SHE STUCK WITH ME UNTIL SHE DID FULLY UNDERSTAND ... and got the job done!!! SHE IS AWESOME! GREAT PERSONALITY!!

Hello, I love the people in this store, namely Ryan from customary service, very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Also, the door specialist was amazing too! Fast, helpful, and very friendly. Much better than Kenai Home Depot sales associates. The one and only reason why I am not giving this review 5 stars is because of the check screening service The Home Depot uses called Telecheck. This is the worst company ever. Every time me and my husband try to pay with a check the check is denied. When we call telecheck customer service they cannot even give a reason why they are denying our check and yet they can’t approve it. Home Depot sales associates cannot see why Telecheck can’t take our check either. The online reviews for Telecheck are all terrible one star reviews where everyone had a bad experience with them. Please Home Depot improve this service. Thank you.

I was able to find items at this store that I couldn't find anywhere else.

When I went to the store the other morning to get an adapter so that I could plug an extension cord into my porch light, the employee in that area was very helpful. He took me right to what I wanted. Then I paused and said to him, “I think I’d like it to be light-sensitive, so that when I’m away, the light will come on at dark and turn off during the daytime.” He considered a moment, then led me to another spot and picked up a light-sensitive adapter. “Screw this one into the porch light socket,” he said, “then screw the other adapter into this, and you’ll have what you want.” I wouldn’t have thought of that and was so pleased. I got out of the store with what I needed for under ten dollars. Now my porch light and Christmas lights will come on when it’s dark, and go off in the daytime.

Everything was extremely helpful and clear. The store was very organized and clean. The personel was competent and courteous. Thank you!

Centrally located in Anchorage, easy access to all aisles. Knowledgeable customer service. Clean store with a nice coffee and snack shack in the entrance.

Store was a typical Home Depot, nothing special there. I was lucky enough to have a cashier who was incredibly fast (took him less than 10 seconds to scan everything). The credit card reader took longer to authorize than the cashier took to scan everything. Had a freezer delivered a couple days later, was not really impressed. Delivery was scheduled for 11am-1pm (confirmed by email), delivery guy called at 7:30am saying he was going to show up soon. It was fortunate that I was available at that time. Ultimately, other than delivery the experience was above average since I had a good cashier.

Jay in plumbing was helpful . He saved me some time and a headache with an alternative product.
