At checkout, the staff was very helpful to deliver our items to the freight office. I've made many major purchases from this store and am always happy for their service with the customers. It may take awhile to find someone to help you, but once they get to you they do a great job!

I love ordering through Home Depot on Tudor. The entire staff is awesome especially Aaron who delivers our items on time.

We visitied Home Depot store# 1301 for kitchen project. We are excited to be a part of Home Depot helping customers to make their kitchen more efficient and to make their kitchen dream come true. Jerry at store id# 1301 our kitchen designer is kind and easy to work with with the project. Home depot provide affordable financial plan that will fit for our budget. They made follow up with the project and make everything was addressed before moving with the project. Jerry provide helping ideas and work with what we can afford but meet our needs. I’m excited to get this project done and have a workable and nice kitchen.

I have been patiently waiting for a part refund from the discount that they didn't fully honor because they lost my blind measurements and a couple other people as well for a few weeks. I have been led on for 3 months, called every week and stopped by in person and kept being told they'll get back to me which no one ever did. Really frustrating that no one communicated back to me what us going on with the issue.

I like home depot it's easy to find what you Looking for

Matilde, Yoly and Dshaun helped me select, pay for, and load in to my truck a very heavy tool chest. Matilde answered all of my questions allowing me to find a tool box I love! I would not have been able to have loaded it into my truck alone and I am very grateful for Dshaun's help. I was blown away by how friendly and helpful they were, especially before 7am!

Matt was amazing. After the Abbott store said they were too short staffed to take my blind order over the phone, Matt had my 7 blinds cut perfectly and ready for pick-up in one hour! This was on a Sunday afternoon. I had my blinds easily installed within 24 hours.

Do not allow Pro Parking in the load out area. They abuse this perk and it’s dangerous for your employees and people who are using the area for what it is designed for- loading out! PS: I am a Pro Contractor member!

Got all the materials I need for the job

I went in to Home Depot to buy flooring and schedule installation. I have never done this before and Ed was so knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed from selecting flooring and scheduling the installation. He was kind and answered all of my questions. He joked with my 6 year old who was getting wiggly while waiting. 11/10 customer service. Thanks Ed!

I was helped by Glen at the old Seward location. He saw me and helped my right away. I was there with my two kids and he helped me get what I wanted immediately. He did not try to sell me anything else that was out of my price range . I was in a hurry to get home my total time experience was 30 mins in total I was in and out and I loved that. He was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable on the equipment on the floor which helped make decisions making faster.
