The Kitchen and Bath person took the time to not just answer my questions but to talk about the project. This was of great assistance. I ended up with something I liked better and with options for the remainder of the project. Tha cashiers were plesant, laughed and interacted. It was so nice!

I was followed very closely by loss prevention and made to feel very uncomfortable when I was shopping I asked the gentleman why he was following me and he was rude disrespectful asked me what I already had stolen he asked what I already had hidden in my jacket I showed him all was good this was in front of several other people in the store it was embarrassing

From my experience, even before the pandemic, these employees seem to have an attitude of not wanting to answer questions or really interact with customers. But the selection of what you need is there, and the wood has always been warped (in the store) but really the only employees that I have really had good encounters with are the cashiers. But the floor hands are a professional type of rude. Where they try not to show that they don’t want to talk to you but stomach the need to have to when customers talk to them.

We live in the bush and we always count on home depot for our needs. Great customer service and they will help you all the way

What a crap year 2020 has been for so many. I had the pleasure of coming in just one day before the 2021 New Year and was taken care of beyond all my expectations. Cathy was my sales associate and she assisted me with buying a couple new appliances for my kitchen. She went above and beyond to make sure all had all the product knowledge I needed, explained installation and warranties in depth. This is great customer service. We will be back to Home Depot for all of our future home improvement needs. Way to bring in the 2021 New Year. Thank you to your great team.

Store is fairly well stocked. Don't expect to find help easily. I am a pro customer and had an even more horrible experience today. I went to the pro checkout line and the lady cashier just kept pushing around carts looking at me. Never acknowledged I was in line waiting or anything. I seriously watched her push around 5 carts that were not blocking egress. I finally left and went to the self check out area and got my stuff.

This store is centrally located in Anchorage and not only has a good selection of products, but appears to have a host of 'seasoned' employees who provide really good service and know their products. Besides, I know Rebecca Langton and know that if she works at the store, it must be GOOD!!

Midtown Home Depot is my to go place for all my home shopping needs. The store is clean and Covid conscious. The isles are marked well to find what you need easily. Customer service is always top notch. The app also works wonderfully.

Store Cashier, Maria (91603), on 10/28/20 @ 7:36pm, was amazing. She walked me through using the self-checkout aisle. Maria was very patient and supportive while I was checking out. Bathroom was dirty, and I had to wait like a good 30 minutes for a couple keys go be made.

Aman, Perrel & Cecil have excellent customer service! It’s because of them I enjoy and CHOOSE to specifically shop at this Home Depot. We can buy what we need almost anywhere but we can’t buy kindness, efficiency and the skilled level of customer service they deliver- EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Thank you all! My family and I LOVE this store and we’ve shopped all over town. Hands down the best in Anchorage.

Look for Ed, he is really helpful and friendly

I Would like to brag about to two guys that helped my and my husband load our $3500 of lumber onto our trailer. James and Lang V were a great help taking some of the stress off us after getting everything together ourself. The only thing that kinda upset me is that we need 10 more board down up high which these other guys got us no problem but that's if then they walked away not asking if we needed help loading them. And the same guys didn't offer the help load our trailer either. Also we had to rework our list because both store we stopped at were out of 2x10x12. Our checker Justine was also great and very nice and help at getting us help.

If you are shopping for flooring, go and see Ed at the flooring dept, he will take care of you.do not talk to the white skinny guy who work there after 4:00 pm.. he was there when Ed was on vacation, avoid him, but Ed is excellent, make sure to ask for Ed. He is very nice.

It’s a big, box store. If you’re looking for something specific your best bet is to order online, but it won’t be any quicker. Besides generally unfriendly and inexperienced employees, there seems little logic as to the layout - one must walk across the store for items one would think would be grouped together. Without a smart phone I’d have no idea where to find the items I’m looking for and even then the item may be in an overstock area.

Home Depot has an excellent and very supportive customer service! I highly recommend this place for any of your appliance needs. Outstanding employee performance and very friendly. Thank you for all the supportive work and for your help in my search for what I needed!

I purchased a lawn mower and weed wacker from this store's bush service on July 6th and the product was expected to be picked up and delivered to my selected air carrier by Home Depot's contract delivery service within two days. Today is July 18 and I still have received my order. I have contacted the air services on a number of occasions only to be told they have not received my delivery. I've been living in rural Alaska for nearly 40 years and have never had such an issue with getting a product shipped from Anchorage. To date, I have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. I know I should have and a friend pick it up and deliver it to NAC. Life lessons!

Great customer service experience, my order was messed up and the rep. didn't quit until it was complete......she went the extra step. She provided great customer service. Thats my store!!

Lots of room, well laid out store with really good employees to help with questions and directions.

Extremely upset with Jerry in the flooring department. I felt belittled with his comments about our personal decisions (we only asked for a quote and in return we felt belittled with his comments about why we're installing our floors when we have never done it before, how the numbers we gave him for our living room and kitchen were off because "it can't be that big" and "these numbers are way off" in his words). The next day I came back to get a tool (without my husband) and I tried to avoid asking him for help but he was the only one available. I'm not sure why he had to repeat himself THREE TIMES (in front of other customers) that "I don't EVEN KNOW why you're using this" just coming off extremely rude and embarassing! By the time we got to the aisle and found the item, he repeated himself a 3rd time and I responded with "I don't know, my husband told me to grab it" and he walked away saying "Uh huh" ... I don't understand what we did to this man to recieve this kind of treatment. I have an idea in mind but it's probably best to not speak on it. After that trip, we decided to use other locations. However I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how we were treated by this man. I only know his name because I vented to the lady at self check out about what happened in both trips, almost in tears. Please have a talk with your employee on proper customer service. I can understand to an extent (maybe he didn't want to do a quote unless we were sure since he said "theres no point in doing a quote if you're not sure") but our decisions are ours and if we want to do our floors ourselves, that is up to us. I just don't understand why we had to be treated this way. Just completely freakin upsetting.
