I came into the store with the idea of making a washer & dryer purchase. I had to seek out an employee, who didn't seem to know a lot about washers (eg: agitator vs. non agitator) - then when I asked about installation, she agreed she knew nothing about installations

I came to the store to purchase some things I needed to finish putting up a ceiling at my girlfriends house. She gave me a $87.00 store Home Depot gift card that she got when she returned something a week or two ago. When I went to check out I was told I could not use the card unless I was the person who did the original return!! Is this or is this not a gift card?? This is supposed to be like real money. This was absolutely ridiculous!! Please anyone who decides to do business with them beware!! Their refunds are only good for those who can prove who they are when they do the return and when they try to use the refund money!! I am NOT a thief and I am insulted that they insinuated that....

My husband and I were looking to buy a washer and a dryer last month and Felicia helped us in choosing the right ones for us! The transaction was smooth and all our questions were answered! Thank you for the great service! Even though we got a phone call this week telling us that we would no longer receive our machines on December 11th ( yesterday) but January 14th, 2021! The news were disappointing to us since we already unhooked the old machines and we were looking forward to use the new ones! I guess 2020 is still acting up!

Rude employee told my son not to touch a snoopy toy because it was a display. Just disgusting. Some other employee chased my wife down and gave her a 50% discount off of the toy. Word of advise to the manager who planned the display. Don’t have toys at a 5 year olds level for them to play with.

Everything in stock and lots to choose from. I got everything I needed (and a lot I didn't know I needed before I came in!). Friendly staff, right from the greeter to checkout always makes the shopping experience better.

The purpose of my visit was to get some help with my online account and place an appliance order. When I entered the store I was greeted warmly and directed to the service counter. The store was clean, bright and well organized. It was easy to see where to stand when waiting for service (as per Covid restrictions) I then proceeded to the appliance department and a wonderful associate named Felicia was very efficient and friendly in assisting me with my purchase. I love wandering around the Home Depot just looking at everything that is available. I was approached three times while there by associates asking if I had any questions. Home Depot is my go to store for anything I need regarding home improvements, gardening, decor and even craft supplies!!

The store aisles were a mess. Disorganized and cluttered, and boxes and moving carts everywhere. A store employee randomly shut down an aisle people were shopping in.

Best Home Depot in the area! The employees really give great customer service. A nice lady named Carolyn actually walked me directly to what I needed. This was such a time savor.

The store was clean and well designed and clearly marked for finding materials. The selection of in stock items was outstanding, one of the best, if not the best, in the area. The helpfulness of the various sales people was wonderful and clearly were helpful in making important decisions.

This store doesn’t seem to care not support a military discount. Go to Lowe’s for a better experience and care towards military members active or retired

appliance delivered damaged. told washer would be reordered. absolutely no correspondence from store. continually told someone will get back to us.

Will never shop there again. As a contractor customer service is very important and the employee I encountered seemed as if I was bothering him and would not help with the question I had about a product. Back to Lowe’s I go.

Employees aprons should say ‘don’t talk to me’ since that is the attitude you receive from workers. Every employee I approached while I was where was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. Had to go to Lowe’s where the store was stocked and employees had no issue answering all my questions. Will not be returning to this Home Depot ever again.

They sold me a power planer that had clearly been used and repackaged.

John in appliances was outstanding in helping me purchase a washer and dryer. His professionalism was incredible. He did most of it over the phone showing significant patience throughout the procedure. Thank you John

This store is rapidly going down hill. The carts were spread out all over the lot. None by the door. No help to retrieve them. Checkout lines were way too long. Not enough cashiers open. Memorial Day weekend coming up and nice weather and the garden department had one cashier and lines around the department. No help to load your vehicle. Paint department under staffed. All in all the store needs to hire more workers. As a former employee I can see things that need improvement and can see that the store needs more employees. I would blame it on management and company policies that are geared toward bottom line profits and not customer satisfaction.
