I was looking for a tool for a birthday gift and actually had arrived near closing time and didn't feel rushed at all. As someone who works customer service for many years this meant a lot to me.

Stephanie was awesome and so patient and knowledgeable and helpful about the carpeting for my rental apartment, and took her time with explaining everything from the different fibers and textures to the matting and colors.

I love shopping at Home Depot because every employee I've encountered so far has been friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to know what they're doing and provide great feedback and guidence. The store is layed out well and their return policy is AMAZING!!! Home Depot seems to find a way to help no matter what life throws at you! Thank you for being there for us Home Depot!

I ordered a new range from HD. Bianca was extremely friendly and helpful with assisting me with this. She explained everything thoroughly and made the purchase run smoothly and efficiently. She is a stellar employee and she should be promoted to a management position. She sets the standard for who you would like to be assisted by when visiting HD or any store, for that matter. Thank you!

Todd Robinson at Home Depot is the most unhelpful, hostile, patronizing employee I’ve ever interacted with. He was rude and made snarky remarks when answering my questions. He completely wasted my time and I’ll have to go elsewhere for my remodeling.

Got in and out with ease, the associates were so friendly and helping me to find everything that I was looking for!

Be careful about what you purchase, I recently went to do some shopping and figured I'd return a few things I had leftover from past projects. I provided my CC and ID but they informed me that my returns were denied. I haven't returned anything in years and without explanation they just said "no". They didn't offer any rationale other than it was a change in corporate policy. I don't really care the reason, it's complete BS. I will regularly buy multiple items or sizes knowing I will only need one to avoid multiple trips to the store. They should be clear when they change store policies.

If you need plywood cut, see Meyer at the Niagara Falls Blvd location. He's very friendly and precise with his cuts.

Susan H. was very helpful in helping us find the perfect washing machine. She was very informative.

This is the first place I head for purchases , whether for home improvement projects, appliances or cleaning and gardening supplies. I have always been satisfied, including when the need to return something arises. The associates are always knowledgeable and helpful.

Like the Home Depot but no sign posted allowing Lawful Conceal Carry per NY State law. Therefore we will be eliminating them as a vendor.

We bought a refrigerator from this Home Depot. SUSAN H. provided excellent service during our purchase. She was very knowledgeable and a true people person. Home Depot is lucky to have her.

It was a pleasure coming in finding what I needed, didn’t have to look all over the store to find it!

Mike in the lumber department was very helpful and knowledgeable with different questions.

One of the women, she was older with white hair, who was running the paint department was very rude to us. She treated us as if we did not know anything about paint. Also, when we asked for a sample of two colors we asked for a specific type of paint. She instead made us samples using the most expensive paint, this made it seem as if she thought she could cheat us into buying a more expensive paint because we "didn't know what we were doing". This was our second negative encounter with this individual. We did not want to ask her questions because we expected her to be rude to us. And when we ended up having to ask her to color the paint it was a very negative experience. We will no longer buy our paint from home Depot.

Always my go to for all my project needs! Excellent customer service and excellent prices!!!

Like I mentioned in my comment earlier - the associate in paint went out of his way to help me with everything that I wanted. Anoop is so kind, he helped me knowing that I could not carry weight and walkk much!! I really appreciate all he did for me.
