I am a 71 year old grandmother, that likes to repair and improve things around my house! I love to watch a repair on YouTube, then go to Home Depot and discuss my options with one of their employees. They always have great tips, and give me an honest opinion. I have confidence in the information that I am given. They also let me know if I am better off leaving it to a professional. The fact that they will install so many of their products is nice to have as an option, also!

We Upgraded All the Lighting in our Multi-Function property. Home Depot Made Putting the Lighting Where It Will Be Installed Yesterday !! Doesn't Get Better Than That. Right Into My Hand & Into Our Home. Done.!!

Best Home Depot store to shop in that is local .they will go above and beyond to help you locate what you need .top notch managers and great service desk employees .was using Niagara Falls store now Amherst is my home for my work supplies .thank you and keep up the good work .

I started shopping on the date the store open up.

At this store the employees were very friendly and helpful. From the person who greeted me at the door, to the employees in the aisle , they were all smiling and eager to assist me. With there help, I was in and out of the store in no time at all. A very pleasurable experience.

All the Associates were very polite and friendly. They helped me find items I was looking for. When the loader person did not appear to help load my vehicle, the cashier came over and loaded the heavy items for me. great crew working together here!!!

I have never had a bad experience dealing with this store, whether stocked product or special order.

I received phenomenal customer service from an employee that didn't work in the dept I needed help in. I was there to schedule a installation.

This specific Home Depot store is very organized, clean, and always stocked. The staff members are always friendly and nice. I enjoy going to this Home Depot over others because I know they will have what I need. The employees are always available as well and never seemed bothered when I ask them where products are.

As a disabled veteran I have a hard time getting around the store. Adrian was an extremely helpful employee who took the time to find some thing that was not located in its proper place all the way on the other side of the store. He was extremely busy at the time but took the time to help me and Also walked me over there To make sure we could find it. It’s nice when people take pride in their jobs and are kind in today’s society. Thank you Adrian for being a cut above the rest. Hooah!!!

This store is so comfortable! As a new homeowner I ask a ton of questions! Each and every employee in every area has impressed me with their knowledge and kindness! I drive a little further for this location because it’s worth the trip!
