Friendly, happy employees willing to stop what they are doing to assist. Product is usually in stock and the lighting here seems brighter.

okay store. Most of the time they have what I'm looking for. Lack of cashiers in the past (only 2 or 3) now even worse since recent remodel Jan. 2019. Now 1 or none at times. But other stores also seem to be into this new self checking craze also.

They have gone to self checkout, I dont work for Home Depot and refuse to use self checkout.

The folks are helpful and friendly. The greeter always seems to be having a good day not just faking it, she really enjoying the moment.

I have always received good service at this store. The employees have always been there to help me, to either look for something or to answer questions. I don't think i have ever had a bad experience here or if i have, it may have just once and certainly nothing major. In this particular case, Saul Salinas was excellent in helping us with a new appliance.

This is a very friendly store. Even when I am just looking at things, employees stop and ask if they can help. HD usually has what I need.

Paint and flooring Dept. Employees were very helpful to us and it saved us bout 2 hrs of hunting

The store employees are great. Home depot management is what sucks. I don't want to self check out. I do not work for home depot and I do not receive an employee discount. Pay a living breathing person to ring up my purchase and interact with your customers.

EVERY TIME I VISIT THIS STORE, THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Needed to ask about services provided, but employees were with another customer or not enough employees around to ask questions.

They are the friendliest! The store is well stocked and clean. If you need a major appliance the sales persons are first class. Every associate greeted me and was sincere about it. Amazing.

Go see Saul J Salinas if you need an appliance. He will help you quickly and efficiently. Very nice guy.

Lee and Stacy in the paint department are friendly, kind, and most importantly knowledgeable about the products they sell and deal with!! And if they didn’t know the answer they found out, while I waited, even called a product manufacturer that they don’t even sell to help me out!!!

This store has the best customer service guys. Each one I have been helped by seems to have a knowledge of almost all departments and will assist you in finding everything you need for projects.

I have never ceased to be disappointed in this store with the selection of products and having to settle for less. The store was a mess. I was looking for an LG Room Air Conditioner and it was not in stock. I had to settle for a lesser LG Room A/C after I removed two carts blocking the A/C units. There was no help in sight and I had to move the carts myself and get the A/C unit. The check out went okay with the cashier trying to sell me a 2 year extended warranty for $50 on a $289.00 item. Highway robbery to pay that much, so I passed on it.

I have shopped this store for years and have never had a bad experience. If they were out a product that i am looking for they will check other Home Depot stores close for the product or will take me to the order desk where i can order and have it delivered. I highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a lot of products or just for a quick in and out for a single item.

I live near the Dixie Farm Road and the Eldorado stores. I always go to Alvin because I can always get waited on by friendly and knowledgeable associates. If you need appliances see Jac Boots.

In the past, this store earned a reputation for poor customer service, but not anymore! I don't know what changed (except most of the staff) but it is now an awesome place to shop if you need expert help and friendly "can do" associates. The regular staff I see in every department should be commended for representing the Alvin store so well. This is my first choice for renovation supplies in our little town.

Store was clean and orderly, No trip hazards or items in the isles. Associates are more helpful than they have every been. Large selections of inventory. They treat us veterans with respect.
