On this particular visit. I was looking for a mirror for the back bathroom.. The gentleman was very nice. And he helped me find a mirror.. I am slowly getting the house together after you losing everything.. I love coming to this particular home depot.. it's on my way home and the people are very friendly and very nice. they are always asking do you need help and yes they know where the stuff is on the shelf...

Home Depot is an awesome store. I visit often for an array of things ranging from art projects, household needs, gardening, and more. I always have a good experience when I visit any of the locations. The staff is usually very polite and eager to assist.

This is the Home Depot to go because you live in Alvin and every other hardware store is much further away. If there is one closer you’ll be better off going there. This store is OK… As long as you want to zero assistance from anyone in the store and don’t care about Covid regulations.

Employees are so friendly and always asking you if you need any direction in finding your items. It is just amazing how nice everyone is each visit. Got to be from the top down because they seem to be happy with a smile.

Getting assistance is frustrating. ordered carpet 3 months ago and my cc was charged. Calling day after day just told "We will call you tomorrow" but noone did. After I finally had house finished and could not rent due to no carpet i kept calling and finally they checked only to find their installers had not even ordered the carpet.... I had paid for it and it showed up on my cc bill! Ordered June 6! Today I cancelled the order and received a refund credit but am back to sq. 1 on getting flooring in that house!

ANDREW THE APPLIANCE SPECIALIST MADE THIS EXPERIENCE THE BEST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US GET QUALIFIED FOR OUR APPLIANCE PURCHASE, AND HE HELPED US GET IT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PATIENT. WE HAD JUST HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER RETAIL CHAIN AND ANDREW MADE THAT RETAIL CHAIN LOOK LIKE CHOPPED LIVER. HE GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE WITH MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND. KUDOS TO YOU ANDREW. WE ALSO SIGNED UP FOR ANOTHER SERVICE WE DIDNT KNOW WAS OFFERED. WINDOW TREATMENTS. WE HAVE A CONSULT NEXT WEEK. HAPPY -GO-LUCKY!

I have shopprd this store for 10 years sometimes 5 times a day! You have some really good faithful employees but this last visit was horrible! A short dark haired female with tattoos all over her arms was absolutely rude and arrogant. She works the return desk.

I have shopped here for 14yrs with no issues but tonight was so disappointing. Very poor customer service.

only wish it were a lot bigger. Lots of stuff they can't stock here.

I've been shopping Home Depot for years, I absolutely love to shop at the Alvin location, everyone has always been nice, courteous, helpful, it's easy to find stuff that I'm looking for. Great job everyone! I hope everyone stays safe and healthy.

Customer service is horrible, Jason the Assistant Manager is just as horrible with customer service and the online store and the actually store can’t seem to get anything correct!

i have been to three locations.this is wwwalwys been my favorite because of customer service,my husband passed away three years ago so he always took care of any home needs. it has been difficult to purchase items needed for different things i need to repair in my home and this home depot alwys very kind to me to help me.the employees go out of their way to assist me.

I DID NOT FEEL SAFE SHOPPING IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE EMPLOYEES ON THE SALES FLOOR DID NOT WEAR PROTECTIVE MASK. PEOPLE WERE HOARDED TOGETHER, UNLIKE OTHER STORES AT THIS TIME, NO SPACING CONTROLS IN ENCOURAGED AT THE CHECK OUT .

I am always pleased to shop here. It is less crowded than the League City store and people are always friendly to me. SUE was my cashier last visit and she was very helpful. Thank you for being there for us.

This location is normally great with their customer service but today I had an employee help us with our pick up order told us to move our truck to the loading area, well he never told any one else about our order and left for the day. If it wasn't for another employee which should be recognized for his great customer service and caring we would've been waiting for nothing in the loading area, I couldn't believe the other employee did that. But Nathan actually went out of his way and checked and double checked in our order and made sure we got someone to help us which he ended up doing it himself.

I was made to wait in line for 5 minutes to get into the store. This will be my last purchase at this store.

I went to purchase a washer. I was helped as soon as I started looking. The associate took time to make sure I had all the information to help me make the right decision. The purchasing process was professional and quick. All my questions were answered fully. I would give the ladies that helped me 10 stars but it is not an option. Thank you Alvin Home Depot (and the appliance department for a easy, quick, and professional experience.)

Limited quantity of items, no associates to help. The only thing they have plenty of is plumbing items. Go to silverlake location or league City. Avoid Alvin at all cost. He'll go to McCoy's before you go to home Depot!!

Helpful with bulk pricing and didnt have to wait so long like other stores.
