Excellent Service! This is my local store, This will be my primary store! I thank the ladies that assisted me today! They knew exactly what items I needed, made appropriate recommendations, took me to said items in vastly different locations of the store and demonstrated genuine care and concern for all their customer along the way! Tammy, Donna, Clara... Y'all are EXCELLENT! Way to provide the Customer Service and Support! Thank You!

Everything was great except for some lack of plumbing supplies not in stock.

Great help in 3 departments as I shopped for flooring, ceiling fan, and bath vanities. Good shopping experience.

I went into my local Home Depot looking for a metal shield to go around my air conditioner hoses to prevent mice from getting onto my home. The employee walked me to all areas to find something that might work. Thank you for spending the time with me even though the store was very busy.

Yesterday I went to my local HD, as I do probably weekly, I needed some Romex Wire. Trying to find an employee in the Electrical or Plumbing Department is nearly impossible. I asked another employee to call someone to unlock the cage, and I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came. I was so mad I left, and took my $400 for wire with me. The employees seem to always be busy stocking shelves and act put out to help. Not one ever ask if they can help you find anything.

Ordered on internet, waiting time was 3 days for delivery. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. They were here around 30 min. The deliver and installation men were great, I would use them again.

I needed help ordering a swamp cooler for a lady friend down in League City. I was connected to Lela at the service desk and she went above and beyond to take care of me.

Nice people at Home Depot in Alvin, TX were extremely friendly and helpful today in finding what I needed, storage shelving, not only for a good price but also provided me with an awesome discount.

Only one self checkout open!

I visited store and needed wood to be cut. Man cutting my wood gave me a slip for a "cutting" fee that I never had before. The front end representative told me that they choose who to charge that fee. The man cutting my wood was giving me dirty looks the whole time. I had my adult special needs son with me, and I always need to hold his hand. Anyway to me I felt discriminated against, probably because the ignorant views of that man that thought we were a couple. Disgusting experience!! Will never go back.

They were out of a tool that was included in a Ryobi deal. Chuck, Amanda and Kassandra were great and substituted it with another tool.

It costs nothing to be nice & helpful! The majority of them including managers lack these skills

Shout out to Lee in Paint. Is there ANYTHING you "don't" know about paint? Jenna at Pro desk for taking my order. Every single one of you ROCK at your jobs. Can't leave out Tammy - she ALWAYS has an answer to my questions, and I always have lots of them. Would have given 10 stars if that choice were available!

I’ve been to this store to make some small purchases and i have had an awesome experience. Recently I purchased a husky tool chest at this store and my cashier juliana was very very polite and helpful during my purchase. she even gave me a nice discount due to some bank issues that i was having. Overall great experience with this store and its associates.

I received Black Friday! Associate JAC was perfect and knowledgeable in every way. The whole transaction and decision making process was easy because of her. Store manager dropped by thanking us and made sure everything was great and it was better than that!!!

Great place for everything you need

Every time I visit Home Depot, Symber greets me warmly and professionally. She is a dedicated employee. Compared to other Home Depot stores in the area, the employees at the Alvin store are much nicer and conscientious then employees in League City and Pearland.

The cashier will circle you like a shark pretending to adjust items like shopping bags and tags on candy bars, while ignoring customers who need help.

The personnel went the extra mile in resolving an issue concerning a defective appliance. I appreciate their time and effort in helping resolve some difficult issues.

I was purchasing garden soil, and needed assistance loading it into my vehicle. Antoine very willingly and courteously assisted me on that very very hot day as if it was cool and comfortable out. Great Job! Customer Service is key.

This is the most organized Home Depot in my area. I avoid Lake Jackson one to go here.

In my many years of shopping at this location the people working there have been nothing more than helpful with me and my company.

I shop this store often because it’s the closest to me. The customer service from multiple employees along the way is unfortunate. From being put out to have to give you help to being condescending when asking about paint... Just have thick skin and don’t expect to be treated like a customer when you go here.

Went and saw plants that did not look good and asked about them. I was told they are not sellable and they get put in the trash. Pretty sad they trash plants that possibly can be salvaged instead of selling at a discount.

I met John the Manager as he loaded my car on a hot afternoon with 15 bags of topsoil that weighted 40 pounds each. He was very friendly and seemed genuine when he asked if he could help me. Then he was gone! I asked the garden center cashiers where he was so I could thank him again and was then told he was the store manager. It is clear the staff at the Alvin Home Depot are proud of John the Manager.

I am always greeted and when I have a question, the person usually knows the answer but if they don’t they help find someone who does.
