Great help here when you are on the go. Employees are super helpful.

From where I leave it is easy to get to; the employees are very friendly and 95% of the time they have in stock what I want or need which means that I don't have drive all over the place looking for an item. Many times, I can get items shipped to my home if they are out of stock. If you ever need to return an item, it is not a big deal; they are more than happy to assist in the correct item, money back or charge back to your card. they keep the place clean and if you can't find what you are looking for there are associates that can help, but most of the time I know where to find things based on each isle is labeled.

People are friendly but very frustrated when comes time to check out. Why did they build so many checkouts but are never open!! Only one will take cash so you must wait and wait and wait.

The Alvin Home Depot has friendly, courteous sales people who are always willing to help. If they are out of stock on something I need they will order it for me or find it in stock at another store.

Jim in the plumbing dept was outstanding. Very helpful and patient working with and exceeding my expectations.

My wife and I went to Alvin Home Depot to look into a replacement cook top for our home, we had a specific brand and model in mind. On arriving in the appliance section we were immediately greeted by Saul Salinas who asked if we could use some help. Saul looked up the product we were looking for, Samsung drop in cook top, the model we wanted, informed us of current promotion which saved us some money which we very much appreciated. Saul completed our purchased informing us of delivery dates available. Saul was very professional during our purchase.

1st I like the products you sell but your Customer Service is truly so very bad & it has happened several time purchased a lawn mower asked two different guys to remove from shelve to a dolly both walked away & never returned after waiting for an hour after I had paid for it finally had to call my son to come to the store load it & take it to the car for me a 76 year female unbelievable. My son had a bad experience a few nights before trying to purchase some wood that needed to be cut had to ask 3 times for help.

The store is always clean, and the products that we need are always in stock, or the people there will help get it for you. The paint section is wonderful!! Highly recommend this particular store!!

nothing special - its what you would expect from any Home Depot across the country. no complaints here - and they always have what I am looking for (in regards to a home improvement store)... Maybe if the had a military/veterans discount -not just 1 day per year...

This store is average to shop in. The isles are cluttered with displays making it hard for senior citizens to get around in the store.

Back foot blocked waited over 39 mins for assuming manger to unlock. Material not available & requested it to pulled yesterday afternoon from the lumber manager we left as tired of waiting as only one fork lift driver which he was except. Came back this morning, material is not available & inventory shows one & none out back. As have a big project to complete wasted about 5-6 hours of my day Heading to competition ! Employees are great as they can only do what is within there allowances.

This store is over junked up with displays in the middle of the isles making it hard for senior citizens to get through. I don't like the new self checkout area. It shows that Home Depot is cheap and refuses the human touch to check out.

Reeeealy Gr8888888 People!!!!!!!!! Had a problem and Catherine and Jac went above and beyond to straighten it out, because they wanted to , not because they felt they had to. And they smiled while they were doing it.

The Home Depot in Alvin is far better than Pearland, but Pearland at times has more trees in the garden section

My Alvin store is in a very convenient location. It's always clean and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

This is my Home Depot. The go to store to get ready for an upcoming job or that last minute forgotten part while running late. These guys are always right on time with the seasonal displays and as I have observed on many occassions, work together as a team to keep the store stocked, problems solved and assist the customers in every way with a friendly smile. For the most part, they all look pleased to be there and it shows, as I havent seen the store disorderly yet, even after the multiple hurricanes we have had. That brings up a whole other point, the outreach to the community at our time of need after Ike and Harvey was exemplary. Employees gave up their time to help out when even their own homes were damaged. HD is a welcome part of the Alvin community! Great job guys and gals of Home Depot!

Super nice and helpful customer service! Craig is “the best”. They have helped me with some very different transactions and were so friendly and competent! Store is clean and well stocked. Very kind and helpful employees. Love this store!
