Wasn't able to get the assistance I wanted and needed. The associates I had contact with were neither friendly nor helpful. I don't know if it was because they were unhappy working on a Saturday or if they were just unhappy to be working.

Our Home Depo is a wonderful addition to Alpena. The customer service, selection from nails to home appliances is tremendous. The involvement in the community and recognition of military active or retired is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do.

The Alpena Home Depot is extremely convenient, is very clean and bright and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We've shopped there for many years and enjoy the good prices, great sales and their acknowledgement of military and veterans. We'll be continuing shoppers in this store.

I really like this Alpena Home Depot, they usually have everything needed for home projects and a good tool selection. All employees are very helpful and friendly, cashiers are the best I have dealt with. I highly recommend this store.

This store and it's employees are exceptional. From walking into the garden area and staff greeting you as well as talk to you, to the managers who are working on the store floor who greet you to the sales people on the floor who are quick to get an item you are looking for and then cleaning it up so that it is sparkling clean as well as going back to get the cleaner they used as it worked great, to the cashier who greets you with a smile and talks to you while checking you out to the salesperson who comes up to quickly load your item safely in your vehicle making sure it is secured inside and that all other items purchased won't be damaged then wishes you a wonderful day and take care. We shop here often because of the great service and great staff. Should mention also that the staff take the time to visit with our white polar Labrador which also brings great discussion on their loving fur babies they have.
