Significant improvement today when compared to a few years ago. Today all employees display their enthusiasm and zeal to the customer and smile and converse as if you are a friend. KEEP IT GOING!!!!

This Home Depot store is wonderful! Home Depot is our favorite store of its kind and we are fortunate to live near store #4140! The customer service is superior - everyone is always positive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We love Ryobi, creative store displays, and the new Valentines Day decorations at the registers are so fun! Thank you for everything you all do for your customers store #4140! Excellent customer service still makes the difference! :)

Out the 4 area Home Depots, I prefer this one. Even though it is consistently crowded, your in and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Must be good management. Not that the other area stores are bad, I just like this one better.

My cashier, BONNIE, was quite snarky with me when I checked out tonight. I had cut a piece of moulding to 7'. She offered me her snark opinion that I could've saved money by buying a pre-cut piece. I didn't see them nor did I know that they had them. If I wanted Bonnie's opinion, I would've asked for it. The next time, all she needs to say to me is, "Thank you for shopping at The Home Depot" and leave her opinion(s) to herself.

Friendly and helpful

Staff is always helpful and friendly, though sometimes it's hard to find help, presumably they are either busy with other customers or understaffed. The store itself if so full of "extra" displays clogging the aisles, that it is difficult to navigate. If one customer with a cart stops in an aisle to look at something, it completely blocks traffic. This holiday season, shopping there is like touring a hoarder's basement.

Great Store they don't change locations of items so you walk the store, and items that are on sale are always in stock. Great Friendly coworkers always willing to help you!

Dominic at the pro desk helped me load up hardybacker when all of the pro loaders were busy assisting other customers. Him going out of his way to help me out really shows how much he cares about the customers!
