Greeters at the front of the store not only not wearing masks over their faces, but openly criticizing masks and their “stupidity”. Please leave your public health opinions at home and just follow the rules put in place to keep everyone safe.

WE CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT WE NEED AT OUR HOME DEPOT. LARGE SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES ARE USALLY BETTER THAN OTHER STORES AND SINCE I AM A DISABLED VETERN I ALSO RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT.

When ever you need help in hardware please ask to speak to Paul from hardware. He’s a very polite individual. And he’ll answer your questions truthfully. Great guy

There are never any managers around when you need them in this store. Every time I ask who is the manager on today they said it’s Sam. But they never see him. I was told by the employees that he is never around when he supposed to be responsible.

Had a tough day at this store today. Three associates sent me on a wild search for Humidifier filters until finally someone was helpful and I got squared away. Associates need to know where stuff is or at least help you find it, rather than guessing.

Associates are very good at passing responsibilities around and not actually helping customers. It is always somebody elses job to help. The electrical part is poorly stocked, hardware is even worse, wait times for loading help are incredibly unreasonable (46 minutes, asked 3 times for help loading a pallet of cement mix), pushy sales people that want you to get estimates for kitchens, windows, etc...- all of the stuff they sell materials for but sub out the actual work, unwillingness to check stock at other stores nearby, the list continues. This was just my last visit too! However, the checkout woman at the contactor side that always seems to be working is VERY good at her job. She probably doesn't make enough money to deal with the other bologna that goes on there, but who knows.

Customer service is great compare to other hardware stores in the area. Someone is always there to help you find products.

Would be 5 stars..but there are times when product is hodge podge.Wrong color item in bins..and the lumber,ohh boy.I almost always need a skid dropped.

I went at a busy time in the summer and the store did have a spill that was being addressed, but I found the quarter-round molding I looked for and checkout was quick. I had a good expereince.

I walked into the store 5 minutes before close searching for a dehumidifier for my basement. As I walked in, I saw an employee and asked him what aisle it was in. After searching that aisle, I couldn’t find the model I was looking for. I went to the customer service counter and asked for assistance. There was a woman at the counter who greeted me but an African-American male employee who I assumed was the manager interrupted us and started interrogating me in a disrespectful manner on what I was looking for. (I can’t remember his name). I just remember his voice inflection was horrible and he seemed annoyed by something. I’m not certain why especially since I was going to spend over $300. I guess he couldn’t get off his high horse and was too busy to assist me. He delegated the task to another employee who was very friendly and helpful to find the model I was looking for. Luckily, I was in dire need of the dehumidifier because I do not take disrespect lightly. This is my last purchase from the company. This manager ruined my experience and needless to say I will be taking my future business to your competitor. Please train your managers on customer service 101!

Waiting so long for a associate to help with a Gate Latch aisle was empty. More than 25 min iba e to bring down the box my self.

Never have issues at this location. Always in and out with no problems and I never need help because everything is near and where it should be

Employees were not friendly or helpful.

It seems that Home Depot and Lowe’s are in competition to see which can completely dissatisfy their customer base. My absolute worst experience with Home Depot. The staff were non existent. After no assistance from employees I stumbled upon some of the items I came in to buy.

We just recently moved into a new home and needed to get appliances. We ordered them and expected them to be delivered the beginning of August. Because of Covid everything has been back ordered. We were without a refrigerator, washer and dryer. After several phone calls and LG not answering we went to the store. Lance and Scott spent quite a long while trying to figure out how to get us the delivery as quickly as possible. We made a color change with the washer and dryer and they were able to get that delivered within a week. The refrigerator will not be available until October. Before we left the store we had a small loaner refrigerator to come home with. We can not thank both Lance and Scott enough for working with us as they did to accommodate us.

WHen you go to orer doors and windows and was told by an employee he only has 20 minutes to do your order walks away and then the managere comes over and tells you that he has no one in the store who knows how to place order come back tomorrow

THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE CHAIN IN OUR AREA AS IT ALWAYS HAS WHAT YOU NEED AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP YOU FIND AN ITEM OR ASSIST YOU IN INFORMING YOU ON HOW TO DO A PROJECT. THIS INFORMATION IS INVALUABLE TO CONTRACTORS AND REGULAR PERSONS DOING A HOME PROJECT FOR THE FIRST TIME. SO GLAD HOME DEPOT IS IN OUR AREA FOR MUCH NEEDED PRODUCTS AND ASSISTANCE WITH FAIR PRICING.

Clean store with respectful employees!

Belligerent employees and poor service. After waiting 3 months for a replacement window order, got a major attitude when I asked for a refund.

The assistant manager Lance Porubski is extremely helpful and considerate. He listens to the customers concerns and needs and goes out of his way to find a solution. He helped us thru an unfortunate situation and went well behind what we ever expected. Thank you a million for Lance.

If I could give negative stars I would. Very rude employees and managers. Mainly In the flooring department. Got a quote to have a floor put in and had random charges on my quote for things that didn’t apply to my home. Home Depot also installs flooring incorrectly. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR HOME.
