I am in the HD probably once a week or more whenever involved in a project. They have a huge inventory and it is very rare they don't have what I need in the store (if not many times available online). The staff is exceptionally helpful and aways upbeat and friendly. Try it ...... you'll like it.

I wish when the inventory het s cleared out it would be replaced a lot sooner. When this happens & it does happen a lot. I am forced to shop else where .Which irritates me & others very much.

Even though the store was very busy, the employees were very polite & courteous. The store had nice selection of items to choose from.

I got a refrigerator and the sales lady told me that GE had a better price and I was so happy.

I'm here to tell you, the customer service at store 4140 SUCKS!!!!! Yesterday, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to have someone hunted down that had a forklift license to get a pallet out of the overhead because there was no stock on the floor. Currently we are waiting OVER that time with the same problem...our special order is in receiving and they need to track someone down to retrieve it. Why is it that only 1 or 2 people have a forklift license in this store????? We had to rent a U-haul van to get this and now it's going to be returned late because of Home Depot's incompetence. We couldn't use one of your vehicles yesterday because none of them were available. For some reason, the special order shower could not have been delivered to our house, either.

I have to thank Lance, Loy and Tim from this Home Depot for EXCELLENT customer service and knowledge they have provided to me over the years of being a new home owner! It really keeps me coming back to Home Depot! Good Customer service is hard to find these day! I want to say Thank you!

I FIND THAT COVID HAS MADE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES AT ANY RETAIL STORE LACKING WITH ANY KIND OF STAFF. MOST ARE ON A "SKELETON CREW" AS THEY SAY. COMPARED TO A COUPLE YEARS AGO, I FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE AT THIS HOME DEPOT, AS WELL, BUT THOSE THAT WORK AT THIS STORE ARE ALSO FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND DO THEIR BEST TO HELP IN ANY SITUATION. BECAUSE OF THIS, I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AS OPPOSED TO THE ONE IN WHITEHALL.

When I called customer service today for help. I got a wonderful person on the phone. His name is Caleb. He was terriffic - you should be honored to have a wonderful employee like Caleb on your team!!!

Purchased a new washer and dryer from this store, scheduled for delivery and installation in 5 days. Would not have felt as comfortable making the purchase based on online reviews alone, the appliance associate Tony explained how both machines function and was extremely knowledgeable about how the extended warranty offered by Home Depot and Allstate works.

The Behr paint rep is very helpful and has has a great knowledge of the products and how to apply them.

The service of the staff the 80s to find everything is getting worse in Home Depot not better. Every time I leave I leave more frustrated and the time before without everything I need.

Yesterday my husband and I purchased a Cub Cadet tractor at the store, that will be delivered on Wednesday. The manager and customer service member could not get the item to scan, stating that they were not showing this item to be available from their store. Finally, after quite some time, the store was able to manually input the item into the system so that we could make payment for the $1999 tractor. After getting home and reviewing the documents and comparing them to the website for the store, I realized that I was overcharged by $200 since the model that was on the ticket for the mower was not the model that was sold to us. That model was $200 cheaper. I contacted the manager (Will) at the store and he adamantly refused to physically look at the mower to know that I was charged incorrectly. He was rude and disrespectful, telling me that the mower that I am claiming to have purchased was not available in the store and that I was charged appropriately. This morning I drove another 1/2 hour back to the store to prove that the manager was incorrect and my bill had to be adjusted since they put the wrong price tag on the mower on the display. No apologies were ever given to me for this error......only was told that "it was not like it was intentional or anything". At the same time we purchased this mower, another customer was purchasing the other same mower that was available and also marked incorrectly. I asked the woman that was adjusting my bill who would track down the customer who was also ripped off by $200. She informed me that there would be no way to find out who made this purchase. How convenient! Guess Home Depot likes ripping off their customers by putting wrong tags on merchandise. Funny that if a customer did that, they would be arrested for SHOPLIFTING!!!!!! I would love a response (and apology) from management regarding this situation.

Great store! Not only are the employees extremely helpful, they are also kind and courteous.

Kyle and Ryan in lumber/roofing are absolutely great to work with. Both guys go above and beyond. Georgene and Maria at contractors check out are the absolute best Allentown depot has!!!!

I've been shopping at the store for 20 years. Everyone at this store really goes out of their way and try their best to make my shopping experience here a pleasant one - even if they don't have exactly what I need. Thank you.

Great customer service.

Do not expect delivery of anything. We ordered lumber to be delivered, was given a date and time frame of 6:00am - 8:00pm. At 8:00pm, we called store and got a different story from each transferred call, no one knew anything, but had plenty of excuses, until we were told the delivery wasn't even scheduled for the date on receipt. Took off a day from work, waited all day, was on the phone from 8:00 - 10:00pm with no apology, no acceptance of their mistake, was offered free delivery for another day. We went to store to show our receipt, was told they could not do anything, their computer showed a different day. We cancelled everything.

This is the best big hardware store in the area. Great garden center. Very helpful service team.

Always easy to locate floor support people who assist with any questions, and if they don't know the answer right away, they find someone who does

The cashier I had today was JOANNE. When I got to the register (no one else was in line), she was too preoccupied in chatting with the cashier next to her. When she finally DID turn around, I was not greeted in any way, she was snarky in telling me to leave my empty 5gal. water jugs with the rest of them "for next time." When done checking out, she handed me my bag & sent me on my way. No "Thank You" or anything. She wasn't the least bit personable...AT ALL!!!
