The manager of the Home Depot in Alhambra should be congratulated. I am always greeted with a smile and when I ask where an item is located, I am actually guided to the section of the store instead of just told what aisle it is on. The best of the Home Depot staff is Brenda in the Plumbing section. My sweetheart gives me a huge list of plumbing supplies that does not make any sense to me at all, but Brenda patiently helps me find all of the items. Whenever there is a question about a particular item, Brenda doesn’t mind that I put the three of us on my cell phone’s speakerphone and I send photos of the plumbing parts to confirm that it is the correct one. Brenda does not just say which is the best product, but explains the pros and cons of both products so that we are able to make an informed decision. Going the extra step by ALL of the employees at the Alhambra Home Depot is most likely not just happenstance and should be commended.

There was a cashier (name on tag Desiree) extremely rude and condescending. Customers have to be addressed in a nicer way. No need to be rude.

Great selection and constantly improving layout. Wonderful and knowledgeable employees. Like most all Home Depot’s it’s just as dirty and certain areas are toxic (concrete, fiberglass, lumber) Top notch, friendly and helpful employees.

I went to this store 8/21/20, I waited for self checkout, when cashier Desiree called me to the register, she asked me to give her the items I had Already placed in the register erea, I didn't want to pass it to her to not get any where near her, I follow guidelines mandated by the C.D.C. and rather than keeping her distance she came only inches away from me. And told me I was extremely rude, then spreyed some disinfectant right in front of me, while I was still there, some landed on my gown. She called someone to attempt to kick me out. I got ridiculed for following guidelines, apparently going to the store and being bullied by the cashier is happening now. No she was not friendly at all, she's a bully.

Today I received help from TWO people and had a pleasant conversation with another. This is my favorite Home Depot store. I have shopped at Temple City, Monrovia, Cyprus. Alhambra is the cleanest, most helpful. :)

I needed help in plumbing, Juan spent plenty of time to help me, he made sure I had all the parts I needed & when he realized that I was doing the job myself spent the time to tell me exactly how to do it. It gave me the confidence I needed to get the job done .... fantastic customer service.

This store location is always super clean, super stocked and very knowledgeable staff and Always the employees are in great moods with smiles on their faces. They all seem to get along and work together quite well. No bad moods or looks of disgust when asking a question like the other store location (Monterey Park).

This store is as clean and stocked as any Home Depots. Their associates are always friendly and do their best to help. And they keep the checkout lines moving better than any store!

Got what I needed ASAP

Great employees and managers. They listen and take the time to find the merchandise and answers to questions and if they don’t know they find out the CORRECT answer and not guess. These employees seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows with all the help they give their patrons. Great, fabulous service. Congrats Guys and girls and Ladies and Gentlemen

There’s a big sign in the store that says will Home Depot will Guarantee to beat other’s price, but the cashier named Karla (At around 2:55pm on 7/4) refused to Price match even after I pointed out the sign to her. She claimed that “we don’t do that here”. I talked to the supervisor Octayavio, he said that it is at the cashier’s discretion and they don’t have to do it if they don’t want to. The supervisor finally gave it to be after arguing with me. All Your staff needs to honor the Posted Guarantee price match

No help available when you have a question, you just get tossed around from one employee to another; and did not see employee(s) motivated to help. Also some employees stink with body odor. Home Depot need to hold employees accountable to see how many customers they helped during their working hours. or develop a numbering system like painting are where customer take number and get help through out the store.

Noelle is the star employee that will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want. She dropped everything to help me while 2 other employees directed me to the wrong places. Thank you Noelle. You made my shopping experience great and I didn't mind the time I wasted before I asked for your help because you did above and beyond.

Cisco, in the Garden Dept.exemplified professionalism, courtesy and friendly behavior. Hats off to you for your patience, kindness and going over and beyond the call of duty. I see a management promotion in sight. Thank you for my great shopping experience.

Friendly employee and try there best to locate the products.

Home Depot is great, the only discourage of going to home depo. is the lack of people trying to help you, is hard to find the items if you don have someone to ask.

I am giving this store a 5 star because Ms.Brenda from aisle 26 was very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to what I needed; her area was neat and orderly so I got what I needed fast. Thank you....Keep up the good work!!

Great people who care, they walk you to the solution. Feels like my Neighborhood store even though it is a big place. It all boils down to the people and the culture. They got great people and a great culture at this THD.

Joshua and Elizabeth from the paint went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and content with the paint that I was purchasing. They deserve a pat on the back for excellent service.
