Extremely helpful staff and great products!

Raul's customer service is outstanding, he helped load my car with heavy equipment and is always willing to help! Would love to see his customer service inside the store in another department.

I went into this store twice. Once to buy an item and the second to exchange the item I originally purchased. The second time I felt very frustrated because I had the wrong item. Jeannette from Customer Service was very kind, patient, and understanding. She was able to defuse the situation immediately and I felt so much better after that.

I would give zero stars but that’s the only way I can continue with this review. Employees at the store are very inconsiderate and act like they don’t even want to be their worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Home Depot. Go to this Home Depot only if you want to be feel like you’re treated like trash

I bought a bunch of tools for my plumbing truck and Sindy ans Steven worked with me the whole time at the pro desk.

Horrible cashier Camilla in garden just wants to talk about how many years she has been there and refuses to help avoid her!!!!

I walked into store, and was great by this friendly associate in service. Lizsette answered all my questions, and wow she is really knowledgeable. Usually when you go into algo me Depot, some associates don’t care to help at all, but she took Care of me. First time coming since I love my East LA, but I do not mind coming here for the good customer service. Any questions, go see her a service desk.

Joanne and the check out staff are always friendly and giving off great vibes! Keep it up!

I have shopped at this Home Depot for the better part of 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. All associates are readily available to assist and answer any questions, I noticed that this store thrives on great customer service.

Jesse in flooring was so helpful and helped me find the product I was looking for and also helped me load the product onto my cart

Cameron in the lumber department was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I needed to get some quarter round for a flooring project and had no idea what I was doing. Cameron was kind enough to help me out and even tried to call another store to see if they had what I needed. The other store never gave us an answer since we seemed to be in phone loop so I decided to get something similar that was in stock. Thank you Cameron for all your help.

I like shopping for my home improvement items in this store, from getting a good parking space to finding the necessary items I need. To dealing with friendly, accomodating staff and going around the spacious clean store, it is always a smooth and easy transaction.

For a change in this area, the store is well managed.
