Felt welcomed the moment I arrived Always find good quality products Good selection to choose from no matter plants, ceiling fans or paint. If a project will take years to complete you can rely on the products you were using last year are there this year.

This store had an excellent service!!

Art in the plumbing department exemplifies quality customer service. He was knowledgeable, informational and got me all the right parts I needed to repair my water heater.

The aisles keep getting packed with inventory and equipment. It is at a point of ridiculousness. Some aisles are so packed that a cart cannot go through it.

Great customer service from workers at all times, Mary K. and Michelle are great assets to the Home Depot Family.

Stay is always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

The service at this particular store is very poor. They take to long to help. Sometimes I have to walk out, because no one response when help is needed. I ho to the one in Cypress Park. They are a little better, but not by much.

This store needs to get its act together! Trying to track down an employee who is willing to help the customer is almost impossible! It's extremely frustrating and not acceptable. This happens again and again. The manager needs to have a "Come to Jesus" meeting with the employees to explain what customer service means and why they have jobs.

Store employees were pleasant and helpful. The greeter helped clean the wet trolley (that had been outside) for us when we entered the store. Items were easy to find and prices reasonable. Check out lines moved quickly & Joanne the cashier helped us check out fast. A gentleman Home Depot associate in the parking lot helped us load the heavy water heater into our mini-van :-)

This location has plenty of parking, is centrally located and it always has what I need. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thank you for keeping the store clean and always well stocked.

They open a new home depot in Pasadena is not to far from Alhambra, better service and more friendly.

The location of the store is convenient and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. However, if you need technical assistance, i would caution your expectations. My advice is to prepare and educate yourself on your project prior to going to the store and know what you want. There are sales associates who will go out of their way but I’ve only encountered one or two in the many years I’ve visited this store. There is a new Home Depot in pasadena opening up soon. I will try that one.

It's a busy store, however, I had many good experiences from this specific store. Most recent one (on 02/24/2021) it was with Mr. Gus in garden tools. My weed Wacker broke down, Mr. Gus was willing to look at (however, I didn't have it with me) but he was trying to help me avoid having to spend a lot of money when the repair might be cheaper. NO, he did NOT loose the company any money, because I ended up buying the tool, AND now I know that the customer service (from this gentleman) is good and I am willing to go see him (that store) any time I need something.

This store is a "do it yourself" lovers paradise, they have most of what I need and plenty of it. The prices are reasonable and you can really stretch your dollar here. Plenty of parking and loading space.

The store is good but today is my worst time to visit here. The lady (S....a) do the check out today doesn’t know how to measure and count. I agree the 2 items look similar but size is like almost 4 times in the volume. It should be easy just identify by measure. She has to make me hang in there and make me feel like I am the one doing things wrong. After wasting much time there and finally doing the check out still count it wrong (10 only and placed evenly) and missed item(2 items total only). I have to help her for both of things and not even get a sorry or thank you. Have to come this store since I have no choice but definitely will try to avoid this lady(really wondering how manager made decision to let her doing check out in the store..I won’t) Sorry for other employees that I have to give 1 star because of her, all others are great definitely!!

The associate helping me with a return was not helpful and very unfriendly. I received an incorrect item from an online order. She was not very knowledgeable at what she's supposed to do...unable to properly process my return for a long time.

Why is there no soap in the bathrooms, only watered down hand sanitizer? Hand sanitizer is NOT a replacement for washing your hands. Disgusting

I had a very helpful cashier, Martha, who was extremely kind and had excellent service.

Service is good and neatness is shown through the store. Just wish certain items were in stock.

Especially during Covid Home-depot staff Are helpful and courteous holiday season Is hectic but with curbside pick up and ordering online they make it easy. Thank you HD P.S love your garden department
