Be sure that if you ha ve to return something have your receipt in hand. I bought 4 cans of spray paint that was $6.98 a can for a job in Alexandria. 2 of the cans would not spray granted I was 40 miles away from home where my receipts were at. Thinking I would just go exchange the 2 cans that didn't work for 2 cans that did work. Much to my surprise the cashier tells me she would just give me the money back because she would not be there when I came back with the other 2 cans. She gave me $3.74 back for the 2 cans and said they were on clearance. When I came back to the front with the to new cans she was still at the register And the new cans rang up for $6.98 each Needless to say I did not buy the to new cans I went to another store and spent my money there. I typically spend around $750 a week on supplies for our jobs at Home Depot but they will never get my money again. I would rather have to drive to another hardware store. I'm done dealing with this store.

This is a store that has very helpful employees, like Mr. Rylee in the plumbing department. You will get the help and guidance you need to complete your home project. Mr. Rylee showed me the tools and equipment that I needed to fix my plumbing problem, and told me what I needed to do. I highly recommend this store and Mr. Rylee to everyone that needs to do home projects. #1 store in my book.

THE BEST STORE FOR WHAT YOU NEED !

Currently my family is in the process of doing some remodeling to our mother's home. After researching things online, we decided to get a Home Depot Credit Card and start purchasing certain items such as paint, cleaning supplies, etc. Since this process started we have gone to our local store almost daily. The Home Depot employees are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in not only their products but also in the advice they have given us when we needed a little extra help with certain issues we were having. From the paint department to the appliance department to the flooring department to the plumbing department all the way to the cashiers, our local store has great employees who evidently enjoy their jobs and nowadays that is saying a lot for a company. Thanks to the Alexandria, LA Home Depot employees.

Excellent customer service...

I have been shopping for a refrigerator and dish washer for a couple of months now. I had to have a certain size refrigerator and wanted to have a few special features. The lady who helped me, Antoinette went above and beyond just being kind. She sat with me at her desk and pulled up every possible brand that would meet my needs, then she walked the floor with me going over every detail. Thank you for your patience and kindness. I found what I wanted and the order is placed. I am very satisfied with the service and I am sure I will be more than satisfied with my purchase.

Store has always been clean and well organized. The staff at this store has always gone above and beyond to assist me when i needed help with a project, from guidance completing a given task to getting the right materials for those task.

Store is staffed with few employees for the size of the building. Some iles lack illumination and in some cases items are dusty since the store in general tends not to be clean and neat. It's a bit messy and un inspiring when it comes to the shopping experience.

Antoinette was very helpful and friendly. She worked with us on finding the supplies we needed.

Doing some work in our home. Went to buy some planking boards. The lady (Antoinette) who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to locate more boards and she asked another employee for help and he came and located the items and helped load it. We got our paperwork and were in and out of the store with no problems.

The employees were doing everything to help me, but the manager would not do his job. It took over an hour to get a refund, and the manager lied and said the clerk never contacted him. During that hour she called him twice and told him when he walked by while I was standing there waiting.

Mrs. Antoinette was so helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about all the appliances we were looking at. We had to order our freezer and Mrs Antoinette was able to help us get everything ordered and paid for quickly. She was very professional but also engaged us with comfortable conversation and laughter! Today was one of the best experiences I've had at Home Depot because of Mrs. Antoinette!

Mr. Riley is GREAT in the plumbing department. Helped so many customers after the freezes.

Respectful employees

It is a good store for a relatively small market. I wish it was bigger, more like a medium market.
