Keeshawn was very helpful by getting a food processor down from a shelf that was too high for me to safely handle with the use of one arm.

Staff were willing to help at all times. Cashier was very friendly.

The Home Depot on Masonic, next to Prescott Dr. has upped its game, with more store associates being quite knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The parking lot is clean and orderly, too.

The store was clean and the bath room smells great the employees really cares about the store.

They had everything in stock that I needed. I did not have to look for anything I handed my list to the employees and they loaded everything on my cart. The cashier Shondra was the nicest person I have ever met. I would recommend this store to anyone

We were able to find what we were looking for easily. Able to get assistance quickly, the store was clean. The associates were very friendly and very helpful.

Employees need training pertaining to military discount and how to inquire if the customer is eligible to receive one. I have received the discount during previous visits, after informing the employee that I was qualified for a military discount, but during my last visit I informed the employee two times and its still was not applied to my purchase. It was almost like she did it intentionally. Not a good attitude towards a veteran.

This store was very well stocked, very clean, and the employee who helped me, Cade, was very nice and took me right to what I was looking for. I will be back.

Melinda, the cashier at the self checkout is one of the nicest associates I have met in any store.

We went in looking for boxes in a hurry. Cade helped us find what we were looking for and loaded them up into our vehicle for us. Very clean store. All employees were very polite.

Overall the store was neat and updated. Just some of your employee's need a little attitude adjustment. The manager and another sates associate by the name of Sheri was very nice when I went to check out with her. You need more associates like Sheri. She was a very pleasant young lady that was very helpful to me.

The store doesn't always have the most products in stock but the employees are always helpful and assisting to make sure you can find what you want online. Online order pick up is also convenient. I appreciate that they have remained opened during the pandemic and think they have done a great job of encouraging their customers to stay 6 feet apart.

Prices are better than Lowe’s and great service. Will be shopping here again.

Stay away from the customer service desk. Girls are very rude and unprofessional.

My husband who is a disabled veteran has received the worst customer service by a gentlemen named Donny. He has been to disrespectful to my husband on multiple occasions when we were just asking for help. Even though this man did not deserve an apology my husband tried to apologize and Donny was still disrespectful. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a store more than once.

I personally would recommend this store to anybody, the staff is great, products are great and its just a great place to conduct business. I have never had a problem with anything I have bought or with any of the staff members.
