Ever since they close the drive-through lumber yard you have to carry all the lumber through the front door. This makes it aggravating for large quantities. It seems like the store employees have very little knowledge of what's going on.

This is a great store. I wish that you would reopen the drive thru lumber yard. The closed drive thru makes it difficult to purchase large amounts of shingles, lumber, block and landscape products. They have to loaded to a cart, pushed to the parking lot and loaded again. With the drive thru the material can be loaded directly to the truck.

The staff members at this store always are friendly and helpful. I prefer it over the locally owned Russell Do-It Center because I always can get the help I need. I don't have to "be somebody" for the employees to be friendly to me, which seems to be the case at that other store.

Lawrencia and Sharon went way out of there way to help me. I live out of town. I called them even while extremely busy they took time to help me. they even called me back to help me with my purchase. I had called several stores that day. Even online. I never received such help. They were super help!!!!!!!!!! The store is clean but mainly the workers are so friendly and want to really help you. They go beyond what normal workers do to help. We bought a zero turn there a couple of years back and helped tremendously. Bought a refridgerator today and the girl went way beyond to make sure we got best deal
