We were in the store looking for an AC unit and a sales associate helped us pick one out that we needed. The box was busted on the one in the front and he actually crawled on his hands and knees and pulled one out of the back. He wanted us to have a good box. That was the first very kind thing he did for us. Then he got a loader and loaded it onto it for us. He took it up front for us. Then he helped us pick out patch repair kits. He was so kind! Thank you Barry! There was also a very kind lady that checked us out, I so wish I would have gotten her name. Everyone was excellent! Thank you HomeDepot!

Employees are always there to help and they always have what I need at a reasonable price. If they don’t have it in the store they will order it for you at no extra cost. They always go above and beyond what I am expecting. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

I am a local, I have shopped in this store on several occasions. I have only once been assisted by an employee who actually helped me find what I was looking for. There are many employees but it seems like none of them want to help customers. The customer service needs much improvement!!

I like to shop at Home Depot, well organized, very friendly employees that are willing to help find items etc. Prices are cheaper than the other two building supply stores in Alexander City. This is a true fact, because I visited the other two building supply stores that I was looking for the items I purchased at Home Depot. The quality was the same. Thanks,

Excellent customer service! Always a good experience. It is a small store in a "desert" area, and could benefit from expansion, but when they do not have what I need, they always seem to be able to offer sufficient alternative items or solutions. The associates have never disappointed me in their service and attitude.

The Home Depot store in Alexander City need to be a full Home Depot store not half a store.

On a recent visit, my sales associate, Tracy, was particularly helpful. She personally took me to the items I was looking for and even accompanied me to the checkout. Awesome !

I have no problem with the Alex City Home Depot. I do have many problems with Home Depot’s Customer Service for online purchases. There is no way to rate or review Home Depot online/telephone associates who are rude and incompetent, unable to find previous associate’s annotations, and unwilling to assist whilst one is attempting to follow up on instructions requested by the Home Depot associate who placed the online order via telephone after I had received shipping confirmation of the appliance ordered.....the second of the same type in a week....as the first one arrived (not on time) after a ‘delivery exception’ occurred in a box that had holes and was broken apart. The appliance was dented in three places and had one very noticeable scratch.

We always find everything we are coming for at an excellent price. The customer service is excellent and there is always someone nearby to provide assistance or answer questions we may have.

I just recently moved to Alexander City and i have visited this location around 7 or 8 times this week. Everytime I have been, I am blown away by the amount of friendly employees that are offering assistance. They also have the answers to my questions and know exactly where to find what I need. Even the cashiers are helpful. They have opened registers quickly when lines form, and make sure to ask if I have found everything I needed. The store is clean and the staff is top notch.

Just filled out survey, I explained in survey & wish to write this about my experience, I want to thank you for having employees like "Shannon", I do not like self ck out..I recently ( 2 1/2 was ago purchased a echo SRM-266/S Trimmer , with the supplies needed, Trufuel & diamond line by echo,) dont remember the name of the cashier....So , so I waited for the cashier today , Shannon politely, with a smile asked "Sir.. this self ck out lane is open"...she saw my apprehension as I, begrudgingly went to the smile, I explained I like the "people part"...she was awesome, keep employees like her...thx again

The staff was very friendly and understanding. The store itself was well organized and I had no issues getting help from an employee to place an online order and get a good shipping date set. Overall a great store and even better service.

The Appliance Center at Home Depot has great, helpful, associates, today, Sat. 6/29/2019,Ms Foster Associate went above & beyond in helping us determine the Refrigerator that would fit our needs, and compared size, prizes, which was great. Although, the large items have to be ordered, they do not keep Appliances in stock at this location. Great shopping experience at the Alexander City, AL Home Depot Store, having Associates who are so helpul, friendly and willing to go the extra mile is so appreciated. Check out associate, nice, friendly, helpful, the manager I spoke with was helpful as I was asking questions concerning folding chairs for our non-profit organization, after checkout. He is checking on price for us on folding chairs, since we are non-profit. I would like to suggest this local HD, stock, or add on to their location, due to the flow of shoppers coming through on 280, and have more larger items available such as you see in Sylacuaga, Opelika, Anniston, due the flow of shoppers and being close to Lake Martin, lots of home builders, many out of town & locals shop at this store, many from other counties.
