Great location on 280 Alexander City, AL...great customer service, with smiles. Note: Praying they will enlarge the store with bigger selections in order to shop local Home Depot for items, not go, or look from neighboring towns. They are coming now, build larger they will come even more.

Live out of town and had a broken water pipe after a hard freeze in a rental property. Located the broken line but hadn’t performed this type of repair before. Went to the Alexander City Home Depot and was greeted by a friendly employee. After explaining our issue we were directed to Virginia in the plumbing department. Explained our problem, she showed us where the parts were to make the repair and instructed us how to utilize them. She was awesome and made this visit a pleasure. Oh, and the repair was made quickly and successfully. Thank you AC Home Depot

I came in looking for a certain item and one of your associates(Barry Boddie) helped me find the item and it just happened to be on sale which made my visit even better. I came back a few hours later and Barry was gone for the day but the older guy at the door that does buggies helped me load it in my car and was as sweet as could be. I will most defiantly be making more purchases at this store.

Well I went in store needing help with paint, not knowing anything about the situation. The nice sales lady Leanna Tate jumped right in and helped from beginning to end. She was smart, sweet and a joy to be around.

Wish they would clean the floors sometime different than right after they open contractors usually start their day at Home Depot

I have been searching for appliances and due to COVID they are in short supply, Lorri at Home Depot went out of her way to find a kitchen suite that was available that met my needs and arranged for deliver in a timely manner. She was caring, compassionate, and took her time to show that she valued my business. It was a wonderful experience.

The store that I have been talking about is the one on Highway 280 in Alexander City, AL. The store is clean, handy well stocked for me, and I am familiar with most of the people that work there. They have helped me with washers and dryers, refrigerators, household products ,detergents, ceiling fans, lights, bulbs, light switches and air filters, flooring. You name it and if I have needed it from this type of store, 280 Home Depot has been my go to store. I give it a thumbs up.

I am in Home Depot at least every other day of the week. I received exceptional service and the sales associates are friendly. We know each other by name and they are always willing to help me. Tiffany the manager set a wonderful example of caring for her customers for the sales associate to my store.

A small Home Depot Store located very convenient to my Lake house. Store is clean, and the associates are personable and helpful. We always find what we need..Laura

Very small selection compared to most Hone Depots. Extremely noticeable is the lacking Garden Center. There are so few choices in plants and prices if what IS there seem very high. No bulbs, tubers or seeds. Disappointing
