Nick from deliveries was vary helpful. He helped me put my weed wacker and hand blower together. He was vary knowlagable. Makayla at the desk was vary polite and friendly when checking me out. And Andrew mentioned the survey so they could be reconized for there efforts.

Jahniah in the paint department went above and beyond to help me find the shade of chalk paint that I was looking for. She was tried Several different avenues until we found the shade. She was very pleasant.

I went to customer service to pick up an order. I needed to add something and Tracey went above and beyond to help me.

The workers were very kind. The cashier Whitney was very helpful and the service was fast.

Overall good service. Service at paint department needs imrovment.

The store is neat, and the products most times easy to find.

The staff is rude. The store is smaller than the others and most times there out of stock..and I wouldn't be writing this review if again I asked there assoc. where to find something and they sent me the wrong way. And then had to again wait for an associate at the self check out, Yes wait for an associate AT THE SELF CHECK OUT BECAUSE THE NEW MACHINES DONT DO TAX EXEMPT. Thanks for making my shopping slower.

Always find store personnel friendly and helpful at this particular location. Also, like the straight forward layout and organization of the merchandise. Compared to Lowes (sorry guys!) where I feel like I'm at a department store that is trying to distract me and slow me down from my specific project at hand.

I always get the best service and help if I need it , the cashier's are very efficient and helpful , this chain of hardware stores has most everything you need to do your home remodeling project or handy man project

This store use to be so clean and customer oriented but is no more. Go somewhere else must of the time you go there you waste your time.

Adam went out of his way to make sure we had the best customer service. The employees were helpful and courteous. We will definitely recommend this store to others.

The pro service rep who handled my installation was so polite. He took time to explain not only the installation detail, but he also educated me on how to benefit from the storm door I purchased. Thumps up for him

Busy Saturday morning, no human cashiers and all 4 of the automated checkouts had issues with people waiting for help. After an over extended wait in line, had to go to the end of the store with a couple of items in my hand and stand waiting while the lumber (PRO) checkout cashier did her best. But at least that line moved. Lots of employees milling around, standing in my way in the aisles talking to each other, no acknowledgment. Really, what an almost waste of time this store is. Dollar for dollar, another similar business down the road has got it all over this particular store. The convenience of being this store being close is not a convenience when I cant buy the items without waiting inline for some actual human cashiers to step in and help with the broken automated machines. Home Depot really needs to clean up their act.

I go to Home Depot regularly just to "window shop" many times then I need something and I know exactly where to go and check out with ease. It's always clean and I see the clerk cleaning. The bathrooms are clean anytime I've had to use them.. Clerks are always around asking if I know what I'm looking for and offer to take me there. I enjoy shopping there

The associates were more knowledgeable than the manager. Customer service is lacking and honestly, very disappointing.

The person who waited on me is a sweetheart. Very professional. Very helpful. Very Knowledgeable. I did not have any issues with her. She is NOT to blame what has happened to me. I paid $54 to have someone come to my house and measure my windows for blinds that I would also purchase at the Albany Home Depot. IT has been 13 days since I walked into the store and nobody has contacted me. I have called several times and get the same response: we are busy, somebody will contact you soon to schedule the measurements. How unprofessional. How rude. False advertisement. Inconsiderate. Thieves; walked away with my $54!

I recently visited the HOME DEPOT on central Ave in Albany NY. I generally go to the N Greenbush store but they did not have the item I wanted in stock. I purchased a Ridgid 18v grinder and some home depot buckets. As I was checking out the clerk asked me if she could check the buckets because I had them stacked. I said sure. She thanked me for not getting offended . I said your just doing your job and I realize there are people who may want to slip something by you. She was very pleasant and cheerful and is a real asset to that store and the Home Depot Corp.

Excellent shopping experiences. Recently purchase a new home and am currently finishing off the basement. We have tried several times to go to other stores for our needs, but can never seem to get any customer service help and when we do, they always seem to be bothered. Will now always go to Home Depot for all of our supplies.

This store is pretty good overall but has some deficiencies. First, if you value the finish on your car or truck, this is the wrong hardware store for you—the shopping carts often roll down the sloped parking lot and damage cars. Also, they don't sharpen drill bits or saw blades.
