Absolutely the most perfect product I’ve purchased in a long time. Easy to use, clean lines and simple to fill. My guests love it.

My friends laugh at me for having a fancy soap dispenser, but it’s one of those things I didn’t realize I needed. Takes up a lot less space than a big container of dish soap and blends in with the kitchen to look less cluttered. I like you can adjust how much soap comes out.

This item is too expensive and lids are too cheap—they green underneath But rest of product is good

We really liked the look of the rechargeable model, but it didn’t hold a charge for long (even after being replaced twice). The look of this model is chrome, which is not as attractive, but we like that we can use our own rechargeable batteries.

So pleased with this soap dispenser’s size, look and the ability to set the amount that is dispensed for each use, how easy it is to shut off to refill. Highly recommend!

Able to be filled easily and can see how much of the soap remains in the container. Love the touchless feature of being able to wash your hands without touching the container

Wish you could use regular liquid soap in it other than that it's great

I got the soup dispenser around the Christmas and have enjoyed using it everyday. I placed it on the counter by the faucet. It was very convenient to dispense dish detergent while I am washing dishes. I used the Palmolive detergent without any issues with dripping or dispensing. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend the product.

Hits all the marks - good sensitivity, good volume of soap dispenser & adjustment levels, easy fill, able to see level, and good battery consumption.

Simple - it works. Really like that you can easily see the soap (the main reason I didn’t buy the “newer” model). Size is fine even for our very small bathroom sink.

I had the previous version of this dispenser for several years until it died. This one is smaller and needs refilling every week for a household of 2 people. It also does not seem as well constructed since the shutoff valve sometimes drips (We do use the simplehuman soap). For the price, I expected better.

The capacity is perfect …. not too big … not too small …. and filling is easy ( no mess ). It dispenses perfectly every time. The dispensing nipple keeps the dishwashing liquid from drying-out ( Simplehuman should emphasize this more …. it’s very important! ). It’s stylish and attractive sitting on my kitchen sink ( I got the White one ). The batteries last a long time. The rubber feet keep it in place. There’s copycats out there now , and there is different things that can always be done to any product …. but this is perfect and can be changed not not improved upon. I hope Simplehuman never stops making this model.

Believe me, Ive tried them all and they leak they don't close right they "eat" batteries, they lose their polish. BUT NOT THE SIMPLE HUMAN SENSOR PUMP! I'm so happy to have a great product.. Bought several more for the kitchen and other bathrooms in my home.

I've purchased many of this type of pump. They've all leaked and made a mess. This one doesn't and looks very modern and stylish and the price is right. I'm 100% satisfied with it!

Replaced our 10 year old product and seems to do the job intended

This was a replacement for one that I had and loved for several years. It works wonderful in the kitchen to wash hands without touching anything.

I love this soap dispenser - nice looking, very efficient, and the liquid soap they sell is so good.

You are never sure when the pump works. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. A manual pump always works. Not worth the investment.

I have had others but Simple human is the best!! I have them in every bathroom and in our kitchen! We bought one for our daughter and Son in law when our new granddaughter was born.

Pump works but doesn't push out the soap. This is my second one, the first one still works well. I have tried all your suggestions. Idl’d like a replacement

The ease of filling an dusing is amazing. Makes us all feel safer using this no-touch pump.

I purchased two, one for hand soap and one for dish soap. I really like them. It’s nice not touching the dispenser. As stated, you do need to wipe the dispenser off from time to time. The dish soap is a little bit thicker so it will tend to leave a little bit of a residue on the dispenser but it doesn’t drip. That is the one thing I love about their soap dispensers, they do not drip.

Glad you asked- I love it!!! It is such a great design- size, shuts off cleanly, adjustable flow, easy to fill, quick dispense, good grip on bottom. Well done! I may order another for dishwashing liquid and I am already recommending it and giving one as a wedding gift and a birthday gift.

Worked out of the box when delivered. One day later could hear motor spin but no soap. Opened up base (three screws) and saw that black elastic belt fell off the guide. I easily remounted it on the motor and pump guides and all works fine. No idea why it disengaged in first place but has been working fine for past two weeks. Toggle buttons to control amount of soap dispensed work as instructed.

It dispenses the right amount of soap with no mess.

We were looking for chargeable unit and not battery operated but with the see through window for soap level.

The sensor initially recognized my sponge. Now only sees my hand. This is the second time this has happened. Both in less than a month!

This is so cool for the grandkids. I love it and they love it.
