We have several simple human soap dispensers in our kitchen and three bathrooms and wouldn’t be without any. Functional and easy to refill!

The sensor pump arrived and after four sets of fresh batteries, the pump does not work. It didn’t work with any of the batteries. And yes, I installed the batteries correctly. I can hear the motor when I place my hand under the sensor, but the smallest amount comes out. And yes, I adjusted the volume button to maximum volume. I own two of these already which is why I bought a third, and my other two work. But this one does not.

This is my second purchase. I’ve had my initial sensor pump for a while which is in my kitchen. It works a treat. Never have to touch anything and I can choose the amount of soap it emits! This pump is for my half bath! I’m sure it will be as great as the one in my kitchen!

This is a great item. However, it stops working after two years. We are on our third one.

The dispenser does not work properly and I want to return it and receive one that works. Too much soap dispenses and it won’t adjust to a lesser amount.

It’s a classic staple in my modern kitchen. Well constructed. I wish there was an easier way to change the batteries.

Easy set up and love the “hands-free” soap dispenser. I purchased 2 pumps, one for the kitchen and another for the guest bathroom.

I like this product and recommend it. However, I don't like the liquid soap that was shipped along with the sensor pump. The soap dries out my skin too much.

I've had one for years and my first one finally quit. I was lost without it. I use it in the kitchen with Dawn dish soap and it acts as a hand soap dispenser as well as convenient for washing dishes. No drippy, messy bottle of dish or hand soap in my kitchen ever.

After changing batteries numerous times the device does not work. Will be returning this device!☹️☹️☹️

Love the sleek design, easy to insert batteries and fill the soap solution. Especially the ability to be able to select volume control of soap output. The design and color make the compact Brushed Nickel Sensor attractive no matter which room it is placed. Thanks Home Depot for assisting us in deciding on this particular unit.

Own a couple of these seem to last a while, a larger seems hard to fine

I love this sensor soap pump. I have a rechargeable one by simple human; however, this one is battery operated, which I prefer, and works really well. The sleek design is amazing, and I like that fact that you can see the reservoir for the soap and tell exactly when it needs to be refilled. In my other touch free soap dispenser the reservoir is not visible.

This is the greatest sensor pump. I no longer have to deal with a messy soap bottle and mess it created on the counter.

Love my new soap dispenser. I bought it for the kitchen. It makes washing my hands frequently while cooking so much easier and eliminates contamination.

It took me a long time to realize that this SIMPLE HUMAN soap dispenser is the best on the market. By trying a cheaper brand model that dispenses way too much soap then is needed, I know this now. The batteries last longer too, and Simple Human did right by me on a large return item once too, so it is with a grateful heart I post this review. Thank you Simple Human. You are the BEST!
