I haven't had good luck using this to get rid of the mildew in the shower. I have tried it repeatedly and it just doesn't work for me. We live in a very hard-water area so I don't know if that 's what making it so difficult to achieve good results or not. I really wanted it to work, but so far I am disappointed. I'm going to try again if I can get the mildew under control and see if it will at least provide a shield against further build-up.

Due to a flooding incident in the basement, an antique upholstered chair smelled moldy. I sprayed Clear Shell on the upholstery. The chair no longer smells. Great product!

I was looking for something to assist in cleaning the bathroom, was introduced to this product through a friend who swore by it. I cleaned down the bathroom and then applied the Clear shell, the bathroom walls have looked great since and its been 3 weeks. I also have prepped the patio furniture that usually gets mildew covered by late spring with it as directed to allow easy clean up later on. No harsh smell or weird coating on the walls or furniture. No fancy prepping for use, just clean down the item as normal, dry and apply.

We used to get mold buildup on our "water resistant" shower curtain to the point that it needed bleaching/washing on a weekly basis. With a Clear Shell application to the bottom 1 ft. of the curtain once a week (applied to damp curtain after showering to help the product diffuse through the fabric), the mold is pretty much inhibited as long as I keep up the applications. The only time I need to clean the curtain now is if I accidentally miss a spot. I also apply it to the caulking to similar effect.

I used to have a constant problem with black and pink mold in my plastic shower enclosure and on the fabric curtain. No matter how much I cleaned, almost every day I could find another spot starting. It's been over a month since I applied the Zepp Clear Shell and there's hasn't been one speck of mold since then.
