Full disclosure, I seldom respond to these product review surveys. In this case the product works so well and is so superior, I felt obligated to share my absolute satisfaction with others. ZEP Clear Shell Mold and Mildew Inhibitor along with companion mold and mildew remover work like a charm. In fact the product removes mold instantly WITHOUT WIPING! I was so pleased with the results, I literally looked forward to finding spots of mold to zap. Trust me, if you ever get water in your basement resulting in mold and mildew, purchase these products immediately. You'll be happy you did.

Great stuff, but two bottles had some sort of nasty goop in them I'm returning one of them unused.

The bottle actually had floating foreign material inside it. I’m taking it back for an exchange today. I will try it again.

Did not clean/remove mold from surface as expected.

I use this daily in the toilet and after I shower. I haven’t seen any bacteria l like the fact that I don’t have to smell anything that smells like cleaner!

This product does what it needs to do! It’s helping keep out humidity and it’s helped with our mold issues.

Was looking for the green bottle of mold armour but my hubby said it is not with the cleaning supplies. However this seems to work as well.

tried twice to use this product on shower mold and mildew and there was no improvement. What does the word inhibitor mean???

The cleaner and sealer works great the cleaner actually removed the black mold from my pontoon boat seats

Did not remove any mildew from my boat canvas

Very good product

So far so good. Seems to be working well to hold back and prevent mildew growth. We have a very "steamy" bathroom that gets lots of use each day - (two teenagers), and I normally have to spray and clean the walls every week or so to keep up with the mildew growth. So far, this is working well to suppress it. It's been about two weeks, and no growth.

Worked very well keeping the mold and mildew from my RV. Best remedy I've tried.

Very easy to use just spray and clean great for small issues of course. This meets my expectations very well!! would recommend this for small jobs seek a professional if you have a lot of mold or mildew.

Easy to apply, mild vinegar smell and does a great job at keeping the screens clear and clean around our pool and outside living area. We wanted to use a product that was green, enviro approved and free of harmful chemicals. This fits the bill. We've been using this product for the last 4 years and have been extremely satisfied with the results and ease of use.

I thoroughly cleaned bottom side of spa cover (side closest to the wster) then sprayed with clear shell and let dry. Minimal mildew growth noted. I respray each month when I clean the cover. Works along the stitching lines too. Did not discolor white vinyl. Solved my frustrating problem with mildew. Love it.

I bought to clean ad protect items from mildew, but the product did not clean the items. Not sure if it protects

Bought product to use under eaves on shady side of house, worked for a couple weeks and then mold began returning. Would not recommend the product for exterior use. Can't comment on interior use effectiveness,

I live on a lake and it is a constant battle dealing with mildew on the boat seats. I've tried everything. Bleach obviously works but will eventually deteriorate the threads in the seat upholstery. Then I discovered Clear Shell and it was fantastic. Works like a charm!!

It doesn't clean like boiling water but enough of the jokes. I use it outside on moldy wood - fencing, shed, wood deck items that get moldy. In Oregon, mold is the state plant. Clear Shell Mold is the product I have been using, successfully, for 3 years. Ah, California. . . .

The product was not expected. The aroma that had was very similar to the vinegar.
