Did not survive the first strong winds

Home Depot only has the Wright Company brand of screen door hardware. Went to Lowes hoping they would carry a different brand but they only have the same Wright brand. Will try an Ace Hardware or Sutherlands tomorrow. I can't see HOW the inside handle even stays on at all so do not want to buy another Wright product. I just want a good handle that fits the installation holes on the sceen door!!! I would gladly pay 3 times the cheap $10 price that they charge for this Wright hardware for screen door hardware that will last.

Bought for replacement of broken door handle , easy to install. Not as heavy duty as original, but works very well.

A bad design poorly implemented. Cheap, thin, and feels like it would last a week. The locking mechanism does not work well or not at all. To Home Depot: do yourself a favor and drop this particular Wright Products knob set, it just gives your store a bad reputation.

I used this to replace only the latch and latch catcher on my old EMCO/Andersen Forever Door. The old broken latch that I had was no longer being manufactured and this new latch was not compatible with my old latch catcher. I had to buy 4 different sized screws that were compatible and a couple of vinyl spacers when it was all said and done, but with some ingenuity it did the job in the end. It was either that or pay bigger bucks ordering from the Andersen website. I would look at other latches/handles if you're looking for excellent quality. I bought this with the thought that someday soon I will replace my old storm door with something better quality.
