The valve was easy to assemble and install. It was a quick fix to a faucet that had leaked been leaking foray too long.

This fixed the constant leaking from the faucet handle.

It fit, that was great, but it didn't fix the leak completely. I bought this so that my faucet would stop leaking. Once I changed the core it leaks less but the leaking is still happening.

Very satisfied. The instructions and video were easy to follow. After removing the old valve I'd suggest running a little water through the line to flush out any possible debris before installing the new valve. It would have been nice if a new support washer had been included with the kit, instead of having to use the old one, which in my case was 47 years old and required some cleaning, but other than that, I have no complaints. Like others have said, if I had known it was this easy, I'd have done it a long time ago.

The product is exactly as described. Very easy to put together and fits perfectly. I would hope though, that the manufacturer would include the brass washer in the package. I had to use my old washer which was pitted.

No need to pay for a plumber. Easy to install. Just watch the installation video and in 10 minutes your leaking outdoor faucet is fixed.

Follow each step carefully and it works perfect. Watch the video and reuse only the original flat washer. This replaced a very old Model 14 10" faucet that is 11 7/8" rod length.

Worked as advertised. Was good to have the adjustable quality. Directions could have been better, there were no directions for how to remove the bad one before putting in this replacement. The replacement part went in easily according to directions.
