[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator start up and cool down fairly quick, although refrigeration system seems to make some strange werring and gurgling noises at times. One troublesome issue, the refrigerator light switch located on the right side frame is in direct line with one of the shelf slots, thus making it possible to damage when removing the shelf unless extremely cautious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. I have two paint chips on the freezer door. I thought they were grease spots. When I tried to wipe them off, I realized they were pain flaws. I had to go out and purchase appliance paint, but it still looks kinda crappy. I did not notice them until the installers left(They did a fine job).

This refrigerator was bought on 10 July 2021. It has been one year and three months and the door is full of rust. This was a gift for my mom and she is very disappointed. Will not use this brand again.

Had to set freezer setting below recommended, cause it started freezing vegetables inside refrigerator as well. So I guess the cooling is good. And yes, there is no light in freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very fancy old refrigerator that had all the bells and whistles was terrible I hated it from the beginning never made enough ice, couldn’t see in the freezer at the bottom and it died when we were on vacation after 4 years!!!!! Lost all the food in fridge and freezer!!! So I bought the fridge same size as the old fridge but freezer on top, so great I can see everything and the ice maker is amazing!!! I keep taking pictures of the ice and sending the pic to all my friends!!! So happy, now I’m going out to buy a whirlpool microwave!!!!

The recommended temperature setting was going down to 32 degrees F and freezing some things, ended up on the lowest setting after trial and error and now stays between 37 and 40 F which is perfect for me. I am glad Whirlpool makes a good looking basic refrigerator available without all the frills./

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new 1st Refrigerator on July 12th and it's now August 10th n I just got my second replacement bearly. This replacement has the same manufacturer damages as the first one I bought. Bottom layer of the Refrigerator has a gap which won't seal and it will not allow for it to cool off. My food has gone to waste and to find out this replacement won't be any good either. Now, I have to wait another 3-4weeks to got another replacement. How can Whirlpool allow its products to be delivered in such horrible conditions. To top it off they don't cover food damages, now I have to go spent more money to replacement my food that was spoiled due to Whirlpools unsatisfactory manufacturer Refrigerator.

Had for less than a month. Needed to throw out over $500 worth of groceries as the internal temperature was over 56°. Disappointed as it is advertised as “highly rated.” Tried to add photo showing thermometer. Had this delivered and setup by Home Depot. The gentlemen who delivered were patient and kind. This review is off of the product, not my experience working with them.

I purchased the refrigerator from Home Depot June 6, 2022. I found it not working August 8, 2022. I live in a very rural area and no body will come out to work on it, even warranty work. This refrigerator is junk. Buy at you own peril.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only went with this model since my old fridge died unexpectedly and this one could be delivered in 2 days. The two main complaints are the noise and the amount of condensation on the inside. Adjustable drawers and shelves are nice until you find out the door will not close and seal. Upon initial installation, the freezer chilled within minutes while it took a full 24 hours for the fridge to cool. After adding a few things to the fridge, the condensation issue was not resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received no less than 4 refrigerators with scratches on the doors. The one we finally kept is marred but unnoticeable. The refrigerator itself is good and we are happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after our old Whirlpool refrigerator started getting “hotspots” after 15+ years. All that was available was a model with a deep scratch but we easily covered it. It has worked perfectly! We hope this one lasts as long as the first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. Its appears to be working nicely however it arrived with staple holes in the inside door panel. When a replacement was sent, it had the same issue only worse. Very poor quality control but then again it was built during the pandemic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a 20 cu ft refrigerator it’s lacking a couple features that seem to have been blatantly overlooked. The adjustable shelves in the door should’ve been at least a half inch wider to be able to hold two gallons of milk. The flexi-slide drawer could’ve been at least a couple inches deeper to allow more room for lunch meats and cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my new refrigerator… I haven’t had it long but so far it’s amazing! My vegetables stay fresh much longer in the vegetable drawers.. So much room and shelve space! Love it! I’m 5ft 4 and it’s taller than I am… Wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We down sized from a 25.6 French Door LG that only lasted a little over 10 years, our other similar Whirlpool refrigerator is going on 30 years and still running great. We love how efficient this model is, my Killawatt meter indicates that it only uses about 75 watts when running. It was a little noisy because the condenser coils vibrate, by adding a magnet to the compressor cold line it can be quieted down. I hope ice makers become readily available in the future, we’re back to making cubes in trays, an additional special wiring harness is required to install an ice maker on this latest model. Overall, we love this refrigerator, hope it lasts a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our side by side finally kicked the bucket, we weren't really unhappy. All we thought was... Now we can have freezer space. I must say the the side by side did have a good long life, mfg in 1993, in the house when we bought the place. But we cursed it EVERY grocery trip. Happy to have a place for a frozen pizza. Attached photo, all the frozen food from the old fridge, still loads of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of the space, I was limited on what I could buy. The handle is hard to keep clean. The biggest disappointment is milk spoils faster. There are 4 settings, no thermostat. With my old refrigerator, milk would last a week after the stamp date. Now it may last a day or two. Granted my old refrigerator was 30 years old, has the government put on so many regulations / restrictions milk that spoils faster?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced a similar Whirlpool that was about 8 years old, but somehow Whirlpool has found a way to increase the internal capacity while keeping the external dimensions almost the same. The only complaints are: 1) the freezer door had minor cosmetic damage that appeared to have been there when it was shipped from the factory (the damage was there even before the protective packaging was removed), and 2) the glass shelves in this refrigerator are definitely too thin for the intended purpose of holding items that contain liquids… the shelves are only supported at each side of the refrigerator, and we’re having to be strategic in how we place items such as milk or juice containers to avoid causing the shelves to bow in the middle. I would have given this product a 5-star rating had it not been for the thin glass shelves… this is a serious issue that Whirlpool needs to address.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the refrigerator. I have only one small complaint. My old refrigerator was a few inches taller. I was able to stand in front of the open door and see everything on the top shelf easily. Now that the new refrigerator is smaller, I have to bend down a bit or stand back. At 5 foot 6, I am not tall, so you can see that for a taller person that this might be an issue. Otherwise, everything else is fine. I bought this from the Whirlpool website where I found the best price anywhere!
