[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelves in the freezer door are unusable due to the gaps…..anything placed there falls through….what a stupid design. Also the freezer does not keep things really frozen, like ice cream. The refrigerator seems fine and I like the ease of opening and closing the crisper drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a house built in 1959, so the kitchen is not very large. We just needed a small refrigerator since our old one pooped out. This was perfect: small but roomy inside, brightly lit, and no ice maker to break down. Door and hydrator bins are the perfect size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works well, my only complaint would be the complexity of switching the handles. The hole covers were glued in so they only way to remove them was to poke a hole in them and pry them out which made them useless to replace on the other side. Instructions for this process could be more detailed to help ease the entire process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it a month ago and the fridge gasket keeps coming off. Support hasn't been helpful since the model number isn't even in their system for support (but it is for warranty). Can't imaging buying Whirlpool ever again.

We were not reconfiguring our kitchen, so we had to find one that would fit the measurements of the opening. It’s bigger and deeper than our old one. The LED lighting makes it easy to find what you’re looking for in the refrigerator. The shelves on the door accommodate more items. We bought it in the stainless finish to go with the stove and dishwasher. It looks great.

I bought this refrigerator in Jan 2022. It stopped keeping cool 10 months later in November. I called Whirlpool because it was still under warranty and they had a local repair company come out and fix it. The repair was complete in the beginning of December 2022. The refrigerator broke again on 2/12 and is essentially a useless hunk of metal. When I called Whirlpool they said it's outside of warranty and they won't fix it, regardless of the fact that the original issue occurred inside of the warranty period. Don't waste your money on this company. I'm never buying whirlpool again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the white finish a lot! Love the brightness and clarity in the refrigerator and very spacious. Not really happy with the freezer design: storage on freezer door is almost impossible, glass shelf doesn't seem stable with weight on it. Upon delivery, the plastic protecting the outside surface of the doors could not be removed easily nor completely, with pieces of plastic still imbedded underneath the trim and visible. The unit makes a bit more noise than I'd like. Love the fridge section, not happy with the freezer or noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost impossible to get off the packing skids. No instructions for how to do this. (you have to tip it quite a ways to get in to use a socket to remove). Very poor instructions for switching doors to other side. It took 2 of us a full day to get it figured out and done. Once finished it is a fairly good lower price refrigerator. I would only recommend it if it was already off the skids and doors were switched. Much better instructions would be a real plus.

I have a 2017 model and I bought my house a year and half ago. It has gone out and now I have to buy another one. SO, I don't recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our refrigerator of 37 years died and we replaced it with a well known brand. It works well but is noisy. It is in our kitchen and we can hear it in several adjoining rooms. About one month later of refrigerator of 50 plus years in our garage plus years died. We replaced it with a Whirlpool It works like a charm and it so quiet. Who but us would be faced with purchases of two refrigerators within a 30 day time frame. Both units were purchased because of size requirements. When we purchase any appliances in the future we will certainly check out Whirlpool brand first.

It works very well but our dealer is having a hard time getting the ones with freezer on the bottom - they must be the most popular. Upside: maybe it will help save money on food as we can actually see what's in freezer now!
