I did not get all the parts as promised in advertisements I did not come with a roller or the plastic Peice to put over the gallon containers to take the paint right from the can

We used Wagner help painting higher places and lower places too.Saved much time to painting.

I have used this product numerous times over the last few years and LOVE the way it paints, HOWEVER whoever designed the battery compartment should be fired --- trying to get the batteries in takes longer than painting the room! they just do NOT fit properly! and then there is clean up, wow, another nightmare -- takes forever and very messy.

We love the smart roller! We used it when we helped our kids paint their house and had to have it when we painted ours. Such a time saver!

It did not cover evenly and did not clean up well at all. I painted one wall out of 24 wall with this item and painted the rest with a manual roller.

My parents bought this for me since they knew I will be taking on a huge painting project and they really wanted to make it easy so bought this for me. This just doesn't work. Paint just won't come through the tube. I ended up using a regular roller with an extension pole.

I’m cleaning and painting. It gives the walls an even look and helps with the high up places that can be hard to reach.

saves time, gets the jobs done quicker! my workers loved them and they are so reasonably priced but they are always out of them. of course I had to return these because Home Depot has this annoying website that keeps defaulting your local address and they got sent here instead of the out of state job site where I send things. That was annoying and a waste of time but other than that, I love this Wagner paint pole device.

I don’t use the trigger, push push the plunger and keep rolling. I buy addition roller heads for each color I use. I don’t save the roller for $21 I just throw away when I’m done and buy new next time I paint Love!!!!

Worked great! Much easier than using a short manual roller. Less work and less clean up! Also more precision and smooth finish.

Didn’t work at all. Waste of time and money.

It seemed like a great idea for a product, but it’s not. It wastes a lot of paint, just watch a few videos online of people trying to clean this thing if you don’t believe me. Also it is a flimsy design when product is actually used. I couldn’t clean out/off all the paint, so I figured I was unable to return it after using it for less than 10mins and then switching to a standard roller. Also, not even worth a person’s time to wait in line for $22.49 refund. They did ship it within 1 day and I received it the next day after ordering online though, which rarely happens. In hindsight it was like Homedepot didn’t even want this in the warehouse anymore either. Sadly, it is now sitting in a tool closet until I decide to let it go to a dump

My wife and I were about to redo a room for our baby in our new house. Iv just usually used the hand rollers in the past and was wanting to try something different. I saw this and was debating on buying it and I’m glad I did. In a room similar to the one I used the smart roller I completed in easily half the time AND used half the paint I couldn’t believe it. This already paid for its self, Im able to return the two cans I usually would need to finish a room when I painted by hand roller before! Being a new home owner and soon to be parents need to redo a home this is going to be a huge help once again saving me TIME and MONEY!

easy to use, saves you time and you won't make a mess!!

I got this 9inch Smart Roller on 12/09/2020 at Home Depot used it for 2-2 1/2 hrs worked just fine that Afternoon. I used this roller on 12/10/2020 for 2 hrs. and noticed that the plastic part that clips onto the roller broke and kept falling Off Again and Again! I called Home Depot and their response was would like to exchange it, see if they have the part to exchange it with, so they transferred me to the Paint Department. Explain the situation to the Paint Department associate told me they don't carry any parts for that roller that you could exchange it for a new one. I then explained to the associate and Customer Service when I took it back in again Why Would I Exchange It When the Plastic Piece Breaks Again and Again.

Painted 2 bedrooms without it and the rest of the house with. If used and assembled properly its magical Not having to dip the old style roller in the pan every few seconds is a great time and trouble saver. .I've never painted this fast.

Made painting my living room fast and easy

This thing made painting amazingly simple and the cleanest no mess application I’ve ever done. It’s worth every penny!

Got it and put it together to paint my bedroom. First time TRYING to fill the tube it would only go up about 2 inches into the tube, no worries right? Pushed the air through the roller and up to the point where I needed to press the trigger to feed the paint into the roller, here is where everything went south quick. As soon as I pushed the trigger the whole rear assembly popped off the tube. I put it back on and made sure everything was tight and tried it again with the same results however this time the o rings on the plunger got out of place and the paint came running out the back past the plunger and all over the floor. The only good thing I can say is that it’s a good thing it wouldn’t fill the tube or I would have had a lot more paint to clean up from everywhere but the dang wall where I wanted it. I put the o rings back in place and put everything back together after cleaning everything and it still did the same thing popping off the tube every time I tried to push the trigger. Not a happy customer for sure.
