These hardwood dowels were perfect for my application. I used them for hanging sausages and meats in a new smoker that I built.

These dowels work great as rods for grommet curtains in my sunroom. They can be painted to match my decor. Less expensive than buying curtain rods.

Fairly straight and decent dowels. Slight marring on the end of one piece, and it would be nice if the hardwood species was called out. Serviceable if you do not require a particularly strong dowel.

Lightweight hardwood that takes stain nicely.

I used the rods to replace some old metal clothes rods in the bedroom closets. I stained and sealed the rods. They look so much nicer than the old metal ones.
