Thank you for your review. When there is a sheen issue it is usually a result of the product not being mixed well enough before application. Satin, Semi-gloss and Matte finishes contain a silica flatting agent. The flatting agent will tend to settle to the bottom of the can during shipment and while sitting on the store shelves. If the flatting agent is not mixed thoroughly back into the product the gloss will be much higher then normal.
